Our team aims to create innovative products and services through close collaboration with industry leaders. We are seeking a talented Senior Researcher to join our team of experts in advanced mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct world-class research on hetero-design and chiplet-based systems, focusing on security of components and interconnects across chiplets.
• Develop new IC design concepts for embedded ARM and RISC-V architectures.
• Investigate various aspects of system design, including topology exploration, routing algorithms, protocol and flow control design, chiplet-oriented and interposer design strategies, SiP and chiplet architecture, fault tolerance, robustness, and reliability, and functional/cryptographic agility in hardware.
• Prototype and design new architectural innovations, including chiplet-oriented architectures and NoC enhancements with a focus on long-term security, integrated hardware security functions, hardware root-of-trusts (RoT), and cryptographic agility.
• Utilize tools such as Xilinx Vivado, Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys, etc.
• Contribute to long-term research strategy, white papers, and vision documents.
• Publish high-quality research in top-tier conferences and journals.

Requirements:

• PhD or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
