Job Scope:

  • Procurement related admin work, vendor creation, stationery store management, issuing of stationery and corporate gifts to user.
  • Handle purchase order, invoices, etc
  • Receiving delivery from vendor, monthly report generation
  • Other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Diploma
  • Basic knowledge of PivotTables; familiarity with VLOOKUP is an advantage
  • Meticulous
