- Service Intermediaries and attend to enquiries pertaining to documentations
- Ensure the timely conversion of the Renewal Notices (PST) into PDF format
- Support Underwriters by emailing the Renewal Notices to the Brokers
Documentation
Timely and accurate issuance of policy and/or endorsements (Direct, Co-insurance and RI inward) including the related documents which involves:
- Checking the underwriting information provided and ensuring all documents are in order.
- Keying in of data into the Company's underwriting system.
- Ensure the whole process is completed within the stipulated turn-around time.
Sanction Screening in Smaragd
Clearance of 1st level financial sanction screenings in Smaragd system
Letters of Indemnity
- Checking & Scanning of the signed Letters of Indemnity (Immigration and/or Performance) and keeping a proper register.
Transmission to MOM via NTP
Ensure timely upload of the report (eBao and/or eBond) and checking the Audit report the following day
Finance reconciliation (adhoc)
As and when required to provide Finance with the supporting documents for their reconciliation.
Retrieval of data (adhoc)
- As and when required to generate various reports from the system
- Documents are to be filled in a timely and orderly manner, be it hard or soft copies
Others

Responsible for ensuring that (re)insurance companies under management comply with the respective regulatory authority regulations and filing requirements.
Production of detailed Underwriting accounts, review of premium and claims information including compilation of claim statistics, assist in budgets / forecasts, reconcile bordereaux to cash payments, arrange for payment of claims and develop claims analysis for presentation to the client and/or other interested parties.
