Ensure clear communication of travel-related information (pricing, inclusions, availability) with a focus on trust and clarity.
Branding & System Consistency
Build and maintain Staynex's design system and component libraries.
- Ensure visual and functional consistency across all digital touchpoints—aligned with the brand's tone, goals, and Web3 vision.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development across both web and mobile platforms.
- Proven experience working on an OTA (Online Travel Agency) platform (web and/or app), with a strong understanding of the travel booking lifecycle.
- Experience designing or developing membership-based platforms (e.g. loyalty programs, gated access models, or tiered user systems).

**Manager, UI/ UX Digital- Asia** **Role Responsibilities:** You will lead the design and development of design concepts models based on user needs to meet business requirements and deliver business objectives.**Role Requirements:** To be successful in this role, end- to-end experience in strategic planning & digital integration. You will need to contribute to a culture of innovation in human centered designs, be innovative and a generator of new ideas, and bring a data and insight driven approach to user experience solutions.Familiarity with Figma, Miro, Adobe, Sketch or other tools for wireframe and user interface developmentAble to show proficiency with a range of digital application designs and use casesAnalytical skills for customer journey design, mapping and optimizationAbility to translate user and business requirements to fast prototypes and concepts Proficiency in building UI design systems and ensuring standardization and consistencyExperience with UX and product methodologies/processes for application and web developmentYou will need 5+ years of relevant work experience.
