What You’ll Be Doing

Creating Exceptional Patient Experiences

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries and guide families through the registration process with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage patient onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing care coordination
  • Communicate clearly with families about payment policies and intake procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and databases
