As a Field Service Technician, you'll play a key role in our Technical Support Team:

• Support merchants by providing training, installation, setup, and upgrades of payment terminals (hardware, software, and network).
• Respond to on-site technical support requests when merchants need assistance.
• Make scheduled visits to troubleshoot and resolve merchant issues.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and high merchant satisfaction.

• Minimum ITE NITEC or equivalent
• Valid Class 3 and/or 2B license

Roles and Responsibilities

- OFFICE WORKING HOUR: 8.30AM – 5:30PM

- Scan & update of Service Report to NAS

- Scan & update of Incoming DO/AWB/INVOICE from Suppliers to NAS

- Deliver goods to customers when required

- Onsite support: Onsite PM & troubleshooting of RADIOLOGY EQUIPMENTS, DIAGNOSTIC MONITORS & PC & ACCESSORIES, NURSE CALL SYSTEM, OPERATING LIGHT

- Onsite DVD/USB counter record update & sign the log check with customer on monthly basis

- Onsite support, Preventive Maintainance & troubleshooting of automatic dicom DVD/USB burner & PACS system

- contact customer to resolve pending case id on daily basis

- Prepare & Report of technicaL GUIDELINES

- Provide technical information for pre-bid and tender specifications

- Completes timesheets within the allocated time frame

- Roster standby support of after office work when REQUIRED (HAVING OT PAYMENT)

Requirements

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Computer

- Basic technical skill of self learning & researching

Overview
Responsible for installation, service and on-site support and customer training of RVM Systems reverse vending machines (RVMs). It is an exciting role involving traveling, facing customers and multitasking between solving technical problems and issues, and communication with and education of customers on how to use reverse vending machines.
Responsibilities
Prepare and configurate RVMs ready for delivery to sites
Install, service and maintain RVM at sites across Singapore e.g.
Complete first time installation
Carry out routine planned maintenance on RVMs
Attend equipment breakdowns, diagnose faults, identify parts required and effect the repair
Ensure maximum performance of RVM Systems
Secure high profile customer service experience in every touchpoint and provide customer/consumer satisfaction through excellent workmanship and attitude to standard
Educate and support customers/consumers on how to use RVM
Cooperate with our international Support team and R&D Norway
Ensure all required documentation is completed in full and in the timely manner required
Ensure the Company polices and guidelines are adhered to at all times
Comply with all Health & Safety requirements

Able to work at times in a high pressure environment as it is vitally necessary to get equipment back in working order
