Position Overview
The Management Trainee program is designed to groom fresh graduates or early-career professionals into well-rounded travel industry leaders. During the 12-18 month rotation program, trainees will gain hands-on exposure across multiple business functions including Product Planning, Operations, Sales & Marketing, and Customer Experience.
- To successfully complete the training program within the given timeframe.

We are looking for a Head of Sales - Hunter Role. Travel, Hotel, Hospitality, Airline industry preferred. Managed IT services- no ERP/CRM.
Responsibilities- Creating and developing an effective sales strategy and sales penetration for the European market and acquiring new customers for IGT.
- Extend and develop a portfolio of IGT IT services business.
- Assess client IT needs and make recommendations including IT services and solutions.
- Prepare sales visits and presentations to pitch IGT IT services, solutions and combined service packages to customers.
- Demonstrate IT services/solutions to highlight benefits.
- Negotiate sales and long-term contracts with customers.
- Establish sales goals and implement plans to meet those goals.
- Track progress toward goals and document sales performance.
- Become fluent in IGT services and solutions.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify market opportunities.
- Examine IT requirements of customers/markets and help teams in making the pitch.
- Experience in selling IT solutions/products mapped to customer needs and driving the customer sale.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
