Role & Responsibilities:
1. Transport & Guide Services
- Arrange and hire appropriate transport (buses, vans, cars) for traveller
- Engage licensed Singapore tourist guides and/or fixers with relevant experience in film facilitation.
2. Accommodation & Dining Reservations
- Secure reservations with hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, and other F&B establishments.
- Ensure that all reservations comply with dietary requirements provided by the Supervisor
3. Facilitation & Logistics
- Attractions & Experiences
- Procure entrance passes and tickets to designated attractions (e.g., Sentosa, Gardens by the Bay).
- Nightlife & Entertainment
4. Filming & Production Support
- Coordinate camera shoots and filming arrangements.
- Obtain permits and approvals for filming at public/private venues (e.g., shopping malls, Changi Airport) in collaboration with the appointed fixer.
5. Industry Engagement
- Obtain all necessary approvals, passes, and consent forms for the use of facilities, products, and/or services.
- Purchase transport passes and/or participant gifts in line with the RO's approved budget.
- Coordinate hotel room drops of welcome kits and other designated items.
6. Involvement for Urgent Matters
- Standby to facilitate any urgent requests or changes to the itinerary before or during the guest visit. This includes visits scheduled after office hours, weekends and public holidays
Job Requirements:
- Minimally 'O' Level Qualifications or equivalent;
- 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience in admin and logistics arrangements, preferably for tours in a travel agency or event company
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Ability to multi-task, have strong organizational and communication skills and perform in stressful and demanding environment;
- Display integrity, exhibit good interpersonal skills and team spirit
