We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Occupational Therapist/Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Rehabilitation team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering the highest standard of service in assessing and managing new clients to SLEC by providing expert clinical care, implementing evidence-based programs, and mentoring support staff. You will take ownership of client outcomes, departmental operations, and the professional development of your team.
Responsibilities
• Lead the assigned OT section, providing clinical, administrative, training, and quality improvement oversight.

• Supervise and mentor OTAs, TAs, and students, supporting professional development and operational efficiency.

Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution and licensed to practice in Singapore, preferably with 1 to 3 years' experience.
• Preferably 1 to 3 years of working experience.
• Team player with strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Capable of working independently and under time constraints.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
