Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate with passengers, agents, corporate clients, and BSPs via phone and email.
- Process reservations, mileage redemptions, ticket issuance, schedule changes, re-bookings, and re-issuance efficiently.
- Keep member accounts updated according to profile changes.
- Inform clients about current promotions and provide program materials.
- Address feedback and complaints, coordinating with support to resolve issues.
As a Team Player , you will work closely with colleagues to identify new business opportunities during team meetings. You will also manage ticket handling and event logistics while staying updated on market trends, airline requirements, and industry changes.
Requirements:To succeed in this role, you must possess 2 years of relevant experience with a good understanding of airfares and reservations. You should be able to work independently, stay patient, and perform under pressure.
