Job Requirements:
- Minimally 'O' Level Qualifications or equivalent;
- 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience in admin and logistics arrangements, preferably for tours in a travel agency or event company
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Ability to multi-task, have strong organizational and communication skills and perform in stressful and demanding environment;

World Central Kitchen (WCK) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Support Coordinator to assist with travel logistics during a period of increased operational activity. This temporary role will provide critical support to WCK’s Safety and Security team, helping to book travel, coordinate with travelers, and ensure adherence to WCK’s travel-related policies.
The coordinator will support staff and contractors deploying to domestic and international activations and will work closely with the Operations Center Manager and the Safety and Security Team. This is a short-term contract position, ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills and an interest in humanitarian operations, travel logistics, and security support.
Duration: This is a six month (6) contract term position with the opportunity for renewal. This position is intended to be remote temporary position. There is no travel requirement.

Key ResponsibilitiesTravel Tracking & Coordination
- Assist WCK staff and contractors with booking travel.
- Ensure travel information (flight details, contact numbers, destinations) is captured
accurately. - Submit travel information to safety and security vendors to track staff and contractor
locations. - Manage emergency rebookings and other unpredictable situations (e.g., cancellations,
activation needs).
Traveler Communication
- Send standard travel communications and reminders to staff and volunteers.
- Answer basic traveler questions regarding procedures and documentation, escalating
complex issues as needed.
Policy & Compliance Support
- Track compliance with WCK’s global travel policy by reviewing checklists and
documentation for completeness. - Monitor daily movements for deviations that may affect safety protocols and flag
concerns to the Travel Manager or Operations Center.
Vendor and Administrative Support
- Maintain updated lists of preferred hotels, car rental vendors, and corporate airline
programs. - Utilize vendor relationships to maximize value and conserve resources.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Liaise with Safety and Security and Finance teams to support travel documentation and
record processing. - Join coordination calls as requested and take notes on travel-related action items.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative, operations, finance, or customer service experience
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, and shared drive systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
