As a Regional Sales and Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for planning and preparing sales kits for Free & Easy packages, customizing programs/itineraries, and uploading packages to the system. You will also negotiate contracts with hotels and industry partners, manage petty cash, and prepare refunds and invoices.
You will handle reservations requests and inquiries via email and other channels, liaise with drivers/guides regarding issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will conduct weekly planning for overland trips, combine trips by contacting bookings, and perform ad hoc duties given by your superior.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Diploma/Professional qualification in the travel industry, have at least 2 years of experience in the Travel Industry, and prior experience with corporate sales and marketing. You should also have good knowledge of tour products and tour leading, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be comfortable working in a hands-on environment.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, handle stress, and extended hours. You should have a keen interest in local and international travel trends, excellent communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin, and be a Singaporean or PR holder.
