- Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Operation & Maintenance: Safely operate a commercial delivery van. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is roadworthy and meets regulatory standards. Maintain a clean and tidy delivery vehicle at all times, reporting any maintenance issues or mechanical problems promptly.
- Delivery & Logistics: Load and unload automotive parts and windshields securely, following safety protocols to prevent damage during transit. Adhere to a predetermined delivery route to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. Verify all items against delivery invoices before leaving the warehouse and upon arrival at the customer's location. Obtain signatures and confirmation from customers upon successful delivery.
- Customer Service: Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer questions or concerns related to the delivery. Maintain positive relationships with all customers.
