The Job

The Medical Escort/Aide & Transport Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating non-emergency medical transportation and escort services for clients. This role involves scheduling, liaising with drivers and volunteers, client assessment, and ensuring that each client's journey is safe, comfortable, and well-documented.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client referrals from AIC and senior members, conducting initial assessments to determine service needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date client profiles covering medical, mobility, and psychosocial aspects.
  • Coordinate and schedule medical escort services; accompany clients when necessary.
  • Ensure client safety and well-being during transport and appointments.

  • Collaborate with drivers to plan efficient transport routes and schedules.
  • Keep accurate service records, including trip logs and incident reports.

Requirement

  • At least Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
  • Related qualification in working with the elderly / in the social sector / training in gerontology.
  • Possess a good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaker clients.

Responsibilities

Providing Singapore tax advice and compliance for employers with stock options, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Units, and other forms of incentive plans.
Reviewing payroll and providing employers with advice on their employer obligations.
Assisting with marketing and business development.
Mentoring and developing our trainees.
Qualifications and Requirements
Any recognised bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification in accounting.
At least 3 years of relevant tax working experience.
Attained or attaining accreditation from the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP) would be an added advantage.
Able to work with complex and detailed information; organised.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
