Lead and manage transformation programs to enhance operational effectiveness, organizational agility, and business model innovation
Translate market insights and competitive intelligence into actionable roadmaps
Manage and coordinate strategic cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery
Support C-suite and senior management in scenario planning, strategic reviews, and performance tracking
Identify performance gaps and collaborate with internal teams to design and implement impactful improvement initiatives
Act as a transformation champion by embedding change management best practices and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
Optimize resource and investment allocation across initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
Any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Strategy, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
At least 7 years of experience in strategy, transformation, or business planning roles, ideally within a multinational or regional HQ context
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data into clear business insights and recommendations
Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact strategic or change initiatives
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Agile, outcome-driven, and comfortable working in dynamic, matrixed environments
