Objectives:
- Bridge the gap between IT and business using data analytics to assess processes and determine requirements and deliver recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support in the development, testing and follow up on implementation of electronic workflows to improve work efficiency, transparency and traceability
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments to perform detailed functional analysis of business requirements, outline problems, opportunities and propose solutions for business.
- Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Create and maintain interactive BI dashboards using tools such as Power BI to provide insights for decision-making
- Prepare and coordinate testing activities including execution of test cases, analyze test results & log defects tracking during user acceptance test as well as support post Go-Live activities
- Prepare documentation, stakeholder presentations, training and project tracking activities
- Assist in troubleshooting and identifying process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Assist with any other tasks and roles assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI and/or Power Automate and Gen AI is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
- Effective communication skills for requirement gathering, facilitating meetings between IT and business stakeholders and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail to address challenges and critical thinking skills to evaluate various options alongside IT and business stakeholders.

- An attitude to learn, approach problems head on, to be willing to roll your sleeves up to find solutions
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the banking or insurance industry, or with a fintech, or as an internal/external consultant working on strategy, business transformation, program management, product, operations and/or technology projects
- Structured problem solving, quantitative analysis, and storylining skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in collaborative and client-facing environments
- Strong business analysis experience
Ideally, you should also have
- Experience with working across functions and stakeholders in consumer, commercial, transaction, investment or private banking
- Experience of working with various stakeholders in the Insurance ecosystem
- Knowledge of key problems faced by banks or insurers and ideas how some of these can be solved through automation and digitalisation
