Main Responsibilities
Source and Procure: Manage supplier relationships, negotiate costs, and ensure compliant purchasing.
Manage Inventory: Optimize stock levels to prevent shortages or excess, aligning with production needs.
Oversee Logistics: Coordinate shipping and freight to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery and customs compliance.
Lead the Team: Supervise, coach, and develop the supply chain team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Analyze Performance: Track key metrics (like on-time delivery and cost savings) and report on supply chain performance.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with other departments (Sales, Finance, Engineering) to resolve issues and contribute to business projects.
Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement. Preferably with semiconductor industry will be considered.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office (excel, word, powerpoint).
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates

Production & Inventory Control
Manage the production order lifecycle, from reviewing and approving system-generated orders (based on customer demand and delivery terms) to ensuring materials are available for production and finished goods are distributed on time.
Execute comprehensive inventory management across all locations, including monitoring external warehouse stock, overseeing physical inventory counts, performing cycle counts, and managing equipment inventory and associated depreciation analysis.
Conduct cost and value assessment for all warehouse stock and prepare analytical reports on production and distribution performance for management.
Procurement & Supplier Management
Process raw material purchase requirements planned by the ERP system (e.g., SAP), placing orders with suppliers under purchasing guidelines to achieve the lowest possible raw material stock levels.

Logistics & Communication
Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics operations to guarantee the cost-effective and on-time delivery of both raw materials and finished goods.
Liaise with transport providers, warehouse operators, and internal teams to streamline logistics and resolve shipment and delivery issues promptly.
Manage incoming materials, providing clear lists to warehouse staff, monitoring arrivals, and accurately uploading receipts into the ERP system, ensuring quantity and pricing match purchase orders.
