About The Job
As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will be playing a key role in the delivery of projects and working on client site to deliver large-scale change initiatives for leading clients across Financial Services and/or Insurance sectors. You will be responsible for analysis, design, and consulting support, as well as developing an understanding of our client’s strategic direction and issues. Fitting that description, you will also need to be supremely motivated person and able to work in a team where clients become colleagues too.
Responsibilities
Develop and evaluate procedures, controls, user requirements, and functional specifications to identify gaps between the current state and future state, and propose enhancements to current business processes, reports, and applications to optimize system effectiveness.
Be the liaison between business and technical users and work to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
Responsible for delivering and managing projects, individuals workstreams, and communicating project statuses to senior management.
Working on client site to deliver change initiatives for leading clients across financial services, including investment banking, retail banking, technology, wealth, and insurance.

We Are Looking For Exceptional Talent With The Following
Minimum 3+ years of experience working as a management consultant with a top management consulting firm or in other generalist problem solving environments across the Financial Services and/or Insurance sectors.
Strong emerging end-to-end generalist problem solving skills, e.g., defining, and deconstructing problems.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients, especially senior management.
Produce high-quality verbal and written consulting deliverables (proposals, customer presentations, consulting reports) to effectively communicate project findings.
Ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and enable cross-business and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of Agile ways of working would be an advantage.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities within the organization's systems, processes, and policies.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to minimize the impact of identified risks.
Stay abreast of evolving security frameworks, regulations, and standards, such as ISO 27001:2022, Cyber Trust Mark, GDPR, PDPA, and NIST.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into business processes and technology solutions.
Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Data Protection Officer (DPO) duties, including overseeing data protection activities, ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations, and acting as a liaison between the organization and regulatory authorities or data subjects.
Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on security and compliance-related matters.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance with established security policies, procedures, and standards.
Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness of security risks and compliance requirements among employees.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent.
Extensive experience of at least 3-5 years in performing Risk Assessment and delivering compliance standards across diverse environments, from SME to Enterprise.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A commitment to staying up to date with the evolving cybersecurity landscape.

Role
Senior Consultants are experienced members of the Advisory team, working with a wide range of clients to evaluate the market and economic feasibility of hotels, mixed-use resorts, and leisure destinations around the world. The Senior Consultant is an upper-intermediate position for a real estate professional, who is highly numerate and comfortable with quantitative data and analysis. The Senior Consultant is responsible for the delivery of assignments, guiding junior staff, and liaising directly with clients. The Senior Consultant reports to the Studio Director.
Responsibilities
Collaboratively plans and performs research and data collection activities
Designs and supports engaging workshops with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders
Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to determine impact on the client’s development opportunity
Uses interdisciplinary thinking and collaboration to ground all ideas in research insights and constraints
Manages day-to-day operations for projects, including staffing, fee tracking and forecasting, and client meetings
Guides Analysts and other team members on projects and shares experience, encourages original thinking, and helps ensure alignment throughout the project
Possesses a broad understanding of geography, economics, and global affairs
Coordinates project administration and internal corporate support
Works closely with the Advisory Studio Director and team to ensure project success
Helps strengthen and grow existing client relationships
Expectations in the Role
Experienced with research methodologies and activities, along with working with both qualitative and quantitative data
Graphically visualizes information and ideas, effectively uses charts and graphics to represent and communicate findings and complex ideas
Strong and persuasive writer, able to describe work process clearly and succinctly, options for consideration, findings, recommendations, and communications
Demonstrates strong collaboration skills to achieve extraordinary outcomes
Some travel may be required
Requirements
A degree in real estate, economics, tourism, or related field
7-10 years of relevant professional experience
A background in real estate/hotel development and/or consulting
Strong organizational and analytical skills required
Ability to work in a team environment under pressure
Critical and creative thinker
Clear communicator and presenter of ideas, findings and/or point of view
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Highly numerate and competent with Microsoft Excel spreadsheet modelling
Well-travelled with a broad understanding of geography, economics and global affairs
Organizational skills are essential and good coordination of project administration and internal corporate support
A passion for leisure and tourism, and a solid understanding of the hospitality sector
Second language is an advantage
