Key Responsibilities:

Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.

Primary Purpose

We are looking for a technically proficient Project Manager to lead the delivery of our next-generation Air Traffic Management (ATM) platform . This role involves overseeing the end-to-end execution of cloud-native, data-intensive solutions that enable real-time, data-driven airspace operation s. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, data, and business domains to ensure timely, secure, and high-quality delivery. A strong grasp of modern cloud/data platforms is essential, while familiarity with aviation or AI/ Agentic AI concepts is an advantage.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data and cloud engineering projects for the next-generation Air Traffic Management (ATM) platform.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and domain teams to define scope, milestones, and delivery plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Drive Agile/Scrum practices, manage backlogs, conduct sprint ceremonies, and ensure transparency of progress and risks.
  • Coordinate dependencies across batch and streaming pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and data platforms (e.g., Databricks).
  • Track and manage risks, issues, and changes proactively, ensuring timely mitigation and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet high standards of quality, security, and compliance, especially in regulated or safety-critical environments.
  • Manage vendor engagement, technical documentation, and project reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying delivery bottlenecks and facilitating retrospectives and action plans.


Requirement:

  • Singaporean (Required to clear Cat 2 G50 clearance and pre-employment check)
  • Proven experience managing technical projects involving cloud-native architectures and data engineering platforms
  • Strong understanding of AWS services and data platforms such as Databricks, with the ability to engage confidently with engineering teams
  • Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams , with proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence )
  • Ability to manage complex timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple technical workstreams
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a structured approach to risk and issue management
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.


Preferred:

  • Experience managing projects involving AWS, Databricks, Delta Lake, and modern data architectures (e.g., Lakehouse).
  • Exposure to AI/Gen AI initiatives, intelligent agent workflows, or advanced analytics use cases.
