About The Opportunity
OKX is accelerating its crypto options offering and our market share is rising rapidly. Our Trading Product team is currently hiring a strong product manager who deeply understands options and trading so as to ensure our product iterations perfectly fit our platform and products for individual and institutional traders.
What You’ll Be Doing
As the product owner of OKX options trading, you will drive option adoption, volume and OI growth, while aligning and achieving wider trading product team goals altogether.
Enhance trading system logic, improve trading experience and capital efficiency of option trading.
Improve current risk controls to reduce platform risks while maintaining friendliness to traders.

At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in options trading.

What We Look For In You
12+ years of Java development experience, with a focus on designing, building, and operating high-performance, ultra-low-latency distributed systems
3+ years of technical leadership experience (e.g., Tech Lead, Principal Engineer), guiding engineering teams
Expert-level Java proficiency for low-latency applications, including deep knowledge of JVM tuning, advanced concurrency, GC optimization, and memory profiling
Extensive experience with large-scale distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architectures, and high-throughput data pipelines, alongside expertise in message-oriented middleware (Aeron, ZeroMQ, Kafka)
Deep understanding of network protocols, OS-level optimizations (Linux), hardware considerations, and a strong grasp of trading workflows, financial instruments, and market structures
Nice to Haves
Direct experience as a Tech Lead or architect for a major component of a low-latency/HFT trading platform
Expertise in FIX Protocol and other industry-specific messaging standards

GENERAL OVERVIEW

SLNG is the incumbent LNG terminal in Singapore. We are committed to meeting and exceeding our energy security mandate for Singapore, and support the development of Singapore as a leading LNG hub. As SLNG expands its operations to encompass the 2nd terminal project, we are seeking a Portfolio Analyst to join our dynamic team. The portfolio management team keeps abreast of LNG industry trends, market movements and emerging technologies to successfully build and maintain forecast models. The successful candidate will also work closely with cross-functional teams to develop process improvement initiatives as well as dashboarding projects. Detailed role responsibilities are described below.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Stay abreast of LNG and energy industry trends

  • Develop and maintain close relationships with industry players to help stay well-informed on market movements and contracting strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to forecast and explain Singapore's Energy price movements.
  • Develop reliable processes for forecasting system demand and supply by incorporating public information and market intelligence.

Lead process improvement and dashboarding initiatives

  • Increase team efficiency across Throughput Business Group through active process improvement and automation projects.
  • Create, maintain, and update automation tools and dashboards to track, analyse and report movements in LNG and Energy Markets while reducing human error.

GEG Commercial Operations

  • Co-ordinating with Operations team on planned generation outages to minimize impact to SLNG's overall profitability.
  • Prepare GEG's efficiency reports for EMA and self-reports for Market Surveillance and Compliance Panel.

Other Responsibilities

  • The incumbent shall support all other processes and procedures and perform any other duties including reporting to internal and external stakeholders (e.g. regulator and customers, etc), and participate in any other projects as assigned by reporting manager or his delegated authority.

  • Must be able to deal with constant change and variation.

Join our dynamic team to innovate and refine technology operations, impacting the core of our business services.

As a Technology Support Lead in the Commercial and Investment Banking Technology Credit Trading team, you will play a leadership role in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production services. Critical thinking while overseeing day-to-day maintenance of the firm’s systems will be key and set you up for success as you navigate tasks related to identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery for the successful business operations of the firm.

• Execute policies and procedures that ensure operational stability and availability

• Monitor production environments for anomalies, address issues, and drive evolution of utilization of standard observability tools

• Escalate and communicate issues and solutions to the business and technology stakeholders, actively participating from incident resolution to service restoration

• Lead incident, problem, and change management in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure

• Support critical and complex batch processing applications. Batches runs on Autosys and internal developed framework.

• Work with development teams on regular basis to ensure all issues and stability/resiliency enhancements are tracked.

• Perform analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to better predict issues and take proactive actions.

• Work on global production management objectives and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals and automation projects to eliminate toil.

• Implement robust monitoring to proactively identify system issues and perform Start of Day checks.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science (including programming, networking)

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services

• Experience managing applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud

• Proficient in observability and monitoring tools and techniques

• Experience executing on processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework

  • Proficient, or a fast learner, in programming languages such as SQL, Python and Python-based analytical libraries, and Microsoft Office applications (Power BI).
