We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead the daily trade control, P&L reporting, and risk oversight functions for a global commodities trading business. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of trading records, integrity of financial results, and effective collaboration between Traders, Finance, Treasury, and Risk teams.
The Manager will oversee trade validation, position monitoring, and P&L production, ensuring full transparency and governance across trading activities. Key Responsibilities
Supervise the Middle Office team in daily trade control, validation, and management reporting activities.

Candidate Profile
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Middle Office, Product Control, or Trade Control functions within commodities or financial markets.
Strong understanding of derivatives, physical trades, and risk management principles.
Hands‐on experience with ETRM platforms.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy, governance, and controls.
Proven leadership in managing high‐performing teams across regions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across Front, Risk, and Finance functions.
Proactive, detail‐oriented, and able to thrive in fast‐paced trading environments.

Manage and enhance existing compliance program that is effective in dealing with compliance risks.
Manage and monitor key compliance activities and report on a regular basis as to their status and actions taken to mitigate such risks.
