In your role as Tourism Partnerships Manager , you will lead high-impact marketing campaigns across Asia in collaboration with national and regional tourism organisations.   • Strategic & Commercial Acumen: Develop long-term strategies, identify innovative opportunities, and optimise for maximum ROI.
  • High-Level Engagement & Negotiation: Cultivate senior relationships, influence stakeholders, and lead complex contract discussions.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Interpret performance data to drive actionable, data-driven recommendations.

As a tourism policy officer, you will be working closely with relevant government agencies and industry stakeholders to revitalise the tourism industry which has been severely impacted by COVID-19.
Specifically, You Will
What you will be working on
Work on key tourism development policies and projects such as the Integrated Resorts, Mandai Nature Safari Park and rejuvenation of Orchard Road, as well as leisure events like the Formula One Singapore Grand Prix.
Study policy and implementation issues from different perspectives, assess trade-offs between economic goals and other objectives (e.g. social and security), coordinate multi-agency efforts, and make appropriate recommendations.
Be involved in inter-divisional project teams and cross-Ministry task forces.
Support political office-holders and senior management for speeches, events, overseas trips and courtesy calls.
