  • The key responsibilities include accurately inputting enquiries into our system, collaborating with supply chain partners to secure suitable options that meet the traveller's needs, providing personalized long-stay solutions, and adhering to corporate travel policies.
  • The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for travellers, answering questions and offering additional assistance when needed. They will also ensure all bookings are confirmed correctly, check-in details are sent on time, and liaise with the finance team to facilitate timely and accurate invoicing.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is required.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, as well as good time management skills.
  • International experience is highly valued in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for students in primary and secondary schools.
  • Develop and implement interactive training sessions that cater to different learning styles.
  • Mentor students to develop professionalism, communication skills, and an understanding of global tourism trends.

Requirements
  • Must be MOE eIRS / AMIS registered, or in the process of applying.
  • Relevant qualifications or industry experience in tourism, hospitality, or travel services.
  • Possess strong teaching and mentoring skills with a passion for service-oriented and tourism-related skills.
  • Self-motivated, patient, and able to work with children & teenagers.
  • Available weekdays 8am–5pm.
