- The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for travellers, answering questions and offering additional assistance when needed. They will also ensure all bookings are confirmed correctly, check-in details are sent on time, and liaise with the finance team to facilitate timely and accurate invoicing.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is required.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, as well as good time management skills.
- International experience is highly valued in this position.
