Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR professional to support our growing engineering team. The HR Officer will be responsible for implementing and administering HR policies, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role requires a strong understanding of HR functions and the ability to support both technical and non-technical staff in a dynamic, project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for engineering, technical, and support roles.
  • Draft job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms.
  • Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and assist in selection processes.
  • Manage onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and HR policy interpretation.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records (attendance, contracts, certifications, etc.).

HR Operations and Compliance

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory filings across all markets in collaboration with the Finance team, resolving any payroll-related discrepancies within 48 hours

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business needs.

  • Oversee compliance with local labour laws, MOM regulations, and safety training certifications (e.g., BCA/WSH requirements).

  • Establish HR policies and procedures that support a productive and safe work environment on-site and in the office.

  • Strong understanding of Singapore labour regulations, foreign manpower rules, and construction sector manpower challenges.

  • Proven experience in change management, leadership development, and workforce engagement.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with site teams, management, and external authorities.

  • Proficient in HR systems and tools.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Specialist to support daily HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and compliance. Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required to facilitate communication in a bilingual work environment.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources & Payroll

  • Administer end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (CPF, IR8A, SDL, etc.).
  • Ensure full compliance with Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, onboarding/offboarding documents, and HR policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records in line with PDPA and company standards.
  • Manage employee benefits, leave tracking, insurance, and work pass administration.

Office Management

  • Oversee daily operations of the Singapore office, including supplies, facilities, and vendor management.
  • Act as the main point of contact for building management and service providers.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, team events, and internal communications.
  • Ensure a positive, efficient, and well-organized workplace environment.

People & Culture Support

  • Be the go-to person for employee queries on HR policies, office logistics, and general support.
  • Help organize team-building initiatives and internal engagement efforts.
  • Contribute to improving internal HR and office management processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administrative role

We are seeking a hands-on, high-impact Director of Human Resources to lead the people function at MostEdge's India operations. The ideal candidate will have experience scaling startup teams of 600-800+ employees and will thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will lead HR operations across Hyderabad, Vadodara, and Vijayawada with a strong focus on culture, compliance, hiring, benefits, and employee engagement while aligning every HR practice to our vision, mission, and core values.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership : Define and execute HR strategy in support of business growth and scale. Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with company goals. Serve as a cultural champion reinforcing our values across regions and roles.
  2. Team & Talent Building : Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and career development. Build a scalable organization design that aligns with performance goals. Create role frameworks, career ladders, and talent calibration models.
  3. Policies & Compliance : Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, attendance rules, and employee handbooks. Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and MostEdge global policy standards. Conduct internal HR audits and manage risk controls.
  4. Culture & Engagement : Foster a high-retention culture grounded in feedback, trust, and inclusion. Launch engagement surveys, cultural onboarding, and peer mentoring programs. Oversee wellness programs, benefits design, and employee relations.
  5. People Operations & Analytics : Oversee HR systems (e.g., Zoho People), attendance, shift planning, and documentation. Implement attendance KPIs and PIP (Performance Improvement Plans). Generate HR dashboards and workforce analytics for leadership.
Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in high-growth startups.
  • Proven track record managing 600-800+ employees across distributed teams.
  • Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR systems, and compliance standards.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on, startup mindset with a passion for building systems and culture.
