We are looking for a strategic and data-savvy Performance and Rewards Manager to lead our global compensation, benefits, and performance frameworks. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain global C&B policies and structures that align with business strategy and comply with regional labor laws.

  • Leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, and HRIS platforms to automate and streamline reporting processes.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure consistent application of compensation and performance policies globally.
  • Maintain internal governance and audit documentation related to C&B processes and approvals.
  • Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and ensure programs remain compliant across jurisdictions.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a global subject matter expert for all performance and reward-related topics.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, and Business Leaders to support reward-related initiatives and decision-making.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants (e.g., Mercer, WTW) for benchmarking and market surveys.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related discipline; CCP or relevant certification preferred.
  • 8–12 years of experience in compensation & benefits, rewards, or performance management, with exposure to regional or global scope.
  • Proven ability to manage and interpret large volumes of compensation and workforce data with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel and data modeling skills required; experience with analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Strong HRIS systems knowledge (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

The role of (Global) Total Rewards Manager will be reporting to the Global Director of Total Rewards for Vision Care division. The main responsibility of this position will be to conduct rewards data analysis, market benchmaking, salary planning process, and lead the Annual Compensation cycle (ie. salary review process, STI process, LTI nomination and administration processes), it’s process improvement and automation.

The role to be successful, will involve close partnering and interface with various internal stakeholders such as, but not limited to, country, regional and global HR and finance network, business managers -- -- ensuring that guidelines are understood, processes are followed, and proper governance is observed in the execution. In this capacity, you will also be a core member or play a significant role in the HR projects on change management, organizational planning, company culture and values, HRIS implementation, organizational capability and competency development, standardization and harmonization of HR policies and practices, HR reporting and other topics as assigned from time to time.

The following is a detailed, but not exhaustive, listing of the hands-on tasks you will undertake in the role with the Global Director -Total Rewards, in alignment to the team strategic goals and short-term objectives :

General Rewards

  • Responsible for end-to-end process of compensation (and benefits) programs, processes (Salary Increase, STI, LTI) and HR-related projects across HVC Division countries worldwide
  • Develop, review, update, and communicate standard operating process guidelines for key rewards processes and processes annually according to rewards principles.
  • Initiate the development and review of compensation policies and programs
  • Lead or co-lead in the roll out of Division and Corporate wide compensation programs
  • Ensure rewards governance and compliance in implementing rewards programs, policy formulation, and rewards processes.
  • Actively support the HR community worldwide on rewards programs, processes and requests including support in addressing local rewards programs issues to align it to global rewards principles.
  • Collaborates with other HR functions within the Division and Corporate Rewards team on global and standard rewards processes.
  • Exchange with external networking groups and rewards consultants to keep abreast of latest compensation practices and trends.

Market Survey and Analysis

  • Conduct salary and benefit surveys where needed; preparation of survey inputs and job comparability and relevance of matches
  • Implementation, analysis and interpretation of compensation surveys
  • Research, analysis and assessment of pay programs and development of recommendations for changes and improvements
  • Conduct market analysis and develop/update of pay structures (once in place)

Job Pricing and Benchmarking

  • Responsible to conduct market benchmarking and job pricing for HVC Division.
  • Ensure that the role description, organization chart and details (financial accountability, etc) required for proper job pricing and benchmarking are reviewed and available from hiring managers and/or HRDs.
  • Evaluate and classify positions using market data and internal comparisons to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.

Projects

  • Co-lead in the development and implementation of a job architecture framework to all HVC markets worldwide, and its maintenance thereafter.
  • Lead the HRIS projects process improvement/s to include : Iris (Oracle) compensation module and Docusign integration, and PSO nomination automated process.
  • Play an important role in the incentives program/s development and maintenance for operations, sales, and with other functions.
  • Active participation in the implementation of ad hoc projects e.g rewards (C&B) process improvements, and reporting requirements (rewards analytics, dashboards, etc).
  • Process improvement, streamlining and automation of assigned rewards programs and processes.

Reports and Communication

  • Prepare various rewards and HR reports, analytics and presentations as required from time to time
  • Develop communication materials, education and training related to rewards

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of combined work experience in rewards role from in-house and/or rewards consulting companies handling at least regional role and/or strategic rewards function in different facets, worldwide.
  • Strong knowledge and experience on Rewards subjects, tools, techniques, programs and applications
  • Strong business-orientation and savviness
  • Above average MS Office skills (including Power BI) and analytical tools
  • Very good English language skills (spoken and written). Other language skills will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and assertiveness

About The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Compensation Strategy Development:
    • Design and implement total rewards strategies that are competitive in the global crypto and blockchain market.
    • Analyze market trends to recommend adjustments to base salary, variable pay, token incentives, equity plans, and bonuses.
    • Works in adjacent with LTI team to ensure competitive total package
  • Benchmarking and Market Analysis:
    • Conduct market pricing analysis using crypto- and tech-specific compensation data sources.

  • Compliance and Governance:
    • Ensure global compensation programs are compliant with local laws, tax regulations, and crypto-related legal considerations.

  • Compensation Tools & Operations:
    • Own compensation data platforms and tools (e.g., Annual Compensation Tool; Offer Tool etc).

  • Education and Communication:
    • Educate leadership and employees on compensation philosophy, token vesting, and liquidity events.
    • Create transparent compensation documentation for internal and external audiences.

What We Look For In You

  • 10+ years in compensation, total rewards, or people analytics; preferably in crypto, fintech, or tech startups.
  • Deep understanding of broad-based compensation
  • Experience designing global comp structures, including for decentralized remote-first teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, modeling proficiency (Excel, Google or Lark Sheets), and data visualization.

Overview

The Rewards Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising rewards operations across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, ensuring efficiency, data integrity, and excellence in everything we do.   • Mobility Case Management: As the mobility champion for the region to support cost estimation, coordinate support for various types of assignments with respective service providers and internal HR teams.
  • Data & Market Intelligence: Coordinate participation in external compensation and benefits surveys, ensure accurate and timely data submission, analyze survey results to identify gaps and trends, and translate data into actionable insights by building dashboards and reports.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all rewards activities and policies adhere to local employment legislation, tax regulations, and corporate governance standards. Maintain documentation including plan and policies for transparency, approval records for audit trails and governance compliance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Regional Rewards, HR Business Partners, Finance, Regional leadership, Payroll, HRIS, and more, to ensure smooth and aligned processes. Manage relationships with various vendors in the areas of relocation, tax services, compensation / benefits consulting and data services,to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Proven experience in rewards operations across multiples markets in the APAC region
  • Deep expertise in rewards processes, systems, and operational delivery in complex matrix organisations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement changes to the company’s total rewards structure for executives, including base salary, bonuses, stock options, benefits and other incentives. Ensure that the compensation plans align with organizational goals, performance objectives, market trends and adhere to relevant legislative requirements.

Job Requirements

  • A relevant Degree with post graduate C&B qualifications.
  • At least 8 years of experience with proven technical knowledge and experience specializing in implementation of Rewards programs in a large organization.
  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of compensation practice, benefits design, performance management and regulatory compliance. Experience with executive compensation, remuneration disclosures and shares plans is preferred.
  • Expert in Excel and has a knack of structuring spreadsheets to handle large volume of data in the most efficient manner. Working knowledge on Excel macros and visual basic would be an advantage.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken), with emphasis on ability to write concisely and with clarity

Job Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and implement changes to the company's total rewards structure for executives, including base salary, bonuses, stock options, benefits and other incentives. Ensure that the compensation plans align with organizational goals, performance objectives, market trends and adhere to relevant legislative requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring smooth execution of the annual calendar of executive compensation programmes and activities for the Group and overseas subsidiaries (i.e. target setting, funding, achievement and allocations for cash and share-based schemes; salary review and benchmarking; compensation-related corporate governance and reporting).
  • Stay informed on legislative changes and tax laws impacting executive compensation. Work with external consultants to provide guidance to the Board of Directors, Compensation Committee, and senior leadership on executive compensation matters.
  • Partner with other departments (e.g. HR business partners, talent acquisition, HR Shared Service, talent management, Finance, etc) to implement compensation & benefits programmes and ensure practices are consistent and in alignment with policies to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop clear communication strategies to explain compensation structures and changes to executives and stakeholders. Prepare compensation-related materials for the Board of Directors and compensation committees.
  • Manage yearly preparation and review of Annual Report, including updating key HR data and composing language for executive compensation related sections. Collaborate with other departments (Finance, Legal, Corp Comms etc.) to gather information and ensure consistency across the report.
  • Provide support in operational matters regarding senior management staff.
  • Participate/support in due diligence exercises for potential M&A projects.
  • Participate in broader Rewards COE community meetings and provides support in other compensation, benefits or global mobility projects as required to promote cross-functional learning and development, balance team workload and enhance overall team productivity.
Job Requirements
  • A relevant Degree with post graduate C&B qualifications.
  • At least 8 years of experience with proven technical knowledge and experience specializing in implementation of Rewards programs in a large organization.
  • A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of compensation practice, benefits design, performance management and regulatory compliance. Experience with executive compensation, remuneration disclosures and shares plans is preferred.
  • Expert in Excel and has a knack of structuring spreadsheets to handle large volume of data in the most efficient manner. Working knowledge on Excel macros and visual basic would be an advantage.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken), with emphasis on ability to write concisely and with clarity
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate calculations and reporting.

Regional Strategy & Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as the regional subject matter expert for all Total Rewards initiatives across APAC.

Compensation:

  • Conduct regular compensation benchmarking for office and front-of-house roles across APAC markets using salary surveys and market data.
  • Design and maintain regional salary structures, pay ranges, and incentive plans tailored to varying labor markets and job families.
  • Conduct pay equity analysis and ensure compliance with regional labor laws and internal governance.
  • Review and manage regional benefits offerings (health, insurance, retirement, wellness, leave, etc.), balancing competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
  • Work with brokers and vendors to deliver market-competitive benefits tailored to local market practices and regulatory environments.
  • Lead annual benefits renewal and open enrollment cycles in partnership with local HR.
  • Ensure local HR teams and employees understand and can access available benefits and entitlements.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Operations, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-country role.
  • Prior experience in the food & beverage or retail industry is a strong plus, especially with exposure to both corporate and frontline workforce dynamics.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP), and compensation benchmarking tools (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Radford).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and annual cycles (e.g., salary review, benefits renewals) with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills; able to influence senior leaders and work effectively across cultural and functional boundaries.
