KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the daily operations of the Club Lounge, ensuring service consistently reflects The Ritz-Carlton Credo and Three Steps of Service.
- Build meaningful relationships with VIP and returning guests, recognizing preferences and anticipating needs to create memorable experiences.
- Provide hands-on guidance and coaching to the team to maintain exceptional standards of courtesy, efficiency, and service consistency.
- Oversee all food and beverage services, including afternoon tea, evening hors d'oeuvres, and wine service, maintaining impeccable presentation, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, control inventory, and achieve revenue and control expenses without compromising quality.
- Collaborate closely with the Culinary team on menu planning and presentation, and with Rooms Division to coordinate guest recognition, arrivals, and departures.
- Address guest concerns promptly, using problem-resolution processes to ensure full satisfaction and recovery.
- Maintain the ambiance, cleanliness, and appearance of the Lounge to reflect a refined, luxury residential environment.

Prepares and maintains accurate records related to guests’ stays, including the Room Status Report. Recommends, advises, and efficiently sells rooms and related services to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue. Ensures consistency in service delivery across check-in, check-out, guest inquiries, and general guest services.
