QA/QC Specialist | Apparel Manufacturing As a QC/QA Specialist at our international client, a US-headquartered e-commerce apparel company, you will be a crucial part of the Global Manufacturing team based in Gobichettipalayam, India. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of garments at every stage of production, working closely with the factory and reporting to the QC Supervisor.Your key responsibilities will include inspecting garments throughout the production process to assess dimensions, performance, workmanship, and compliance. You will also be responsible for examining fabric rolls for imperfections and shade variations, verifying UPC and barcodes for scanning precision, and reporting quality issues to ensure timely rework and resolution. Additionally, you will review size sets and patterns before bulk production to prevent errors and drive quality improvement initiatives.To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in the apparel manufacturing industry, possess strong multitasking and communication skills, and have a solid understanding of garment construction, fitting, and fabric types. Job Title: Textile Production Specialist

As a skilled textile production specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining textile production machinery, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring high-quality fabric production. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating, maintaining, and repairing textile manufacturing equipment.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Operate, adjust, and maintain weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing, and finishing machines to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in textile production machinery to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure smooth production processes and identify potential problems before they occur.
• Monitor fabric quality during production and make necessary machine adjustments to meet customer specifications.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain efficiency and product standards.
• Maintain accurate records of machine performance, repairs, and maintenance schedules to inform future production planning.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies in the factory environment.

The successful candidate will possess a combination of education and experience in the field of textile engineering or a related discipline. Key qualifications include:

• Education: Diploma or Certificate in Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a textile manufacturing environment, with a focus on production operations and equipment maintenance.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of textile production processes and machinery, as well as excellent problem-solving and technical skills.
