Job Description
Proven working experience in test delivery or equivalent role with at least 10 to 15 years relevant experience in large and complex organisations preferably in the area of Banking and Finance and at least 5 years senior manager experience in testing.
Extensive experience in managing end to end delivery of testing services from multiple vendor test service providers.
Good knowledge in managing data migration projects including conversion testing.
Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies e.g. Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall, DevOps.
A proven, successful track record of managing shared IT service development and/ or IT Testing Services.
Demonstrated success in developing highly effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver collaboration, partnerships and services.
Strong domain knowledge on Core Banking, Cards and Secured Loans. Experience in managing testing one or more areas of these domains will be an advantage.
Strong attention to details, excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience in managing multiple external testing service providers.
Experience in managing multi-cultural, diverse, direct and virtual teams.
Experience in various testing tool suites like JIRA, TOSCA, UFT/QTP, Loadrunner/Performance Center, ALM / Quality Center, Selenium etc.
Must display a high level of professional judgment, commitment, integrity, and teamwork.
Excellent client facing, internal communications skills.
Testing or quality certifications, PMP certifications, and Test Maturity Model integration (TMMi) Framework awareness will be preferred.

Responsibilities
Act as the POC for all things Owner Quality and Cx for site level support on execution of the Program requirements
Manage the Cx Agent (CxA) and make sure that the CxA deliverables are completed on time and correctly
Manage the QA team
Manage the coordination of the transition from L1-3 to L4-5, advising the GC on the equipment delivery sequence to meet the requirements
Monitor the Cx progress and achievement (tag completion), monitor the Cx escalation process is followed, advise on the state of readiness for the key project milestones
Identify and escalate any deviation from the program standards
Identify and escalate any risk to the project
Provide accurate Cx performance reporting at the project and program level
Monitor the delivery of the specific Cx execution plan for the project
Review GC/CxA Cx & QA plans
Avoid omissions by notifying anticipated stakeholders of Cx activities and involve them in key decisions made during the Construction phase
Attend OAC (Owner Architect Contractor) meetings
Attend the daily Startup and daily/weekly Cx meetings with the GC and CxA to observe progress and decide upon direction for open issues
Attend the weekly GC Quality Meeting
As required, attend site MEP coordination meetings, pull planning meetings, first of kind (FOK) meetings, preparatory meetings, design review meetings and any other project coordinator level meetings
Participate in Cx Issues Log review, direct the CM/GC and their subcontractors to resolve issues
Reporting on QCx issues
Align the GC with the expectations of what the requirements are for the Cx schedule updates
Monitor the FAT/FWT matrix (to be updated by the GC), participate in FAT/FWT meetings and assist the CxA (as required) to give guidance on what should be FWT/IAWT based on the QCx program
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferably electrical engineering / project management
10 years of hands-on experience in commissioning and project management.
Proven track record in overseeing pre-construction phases for large-scale projects.
Commercial and Technical Acumen: Demonstrated skills in conducting detailed commercial analysis and providing technical leadership in complex projects.
Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for effective collaboration and leadership in a dynamic environment.
