We are looking for a skilled and proactive
SAP Test Automation Lead
to drive the design, implementation, and management of test automation strategies across our SAP landscape. This includes core SAP modules (MM, FI, PM, QM, PS), as well as integrated platforms such as ARIBA, PaPM, SAC, and SAP BTP. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with leading automation tools like
TOSCA
and
Tricentis ECT 2.0 , and thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
Lead the development and execution of automation-driven test strategies for SAP solutions, ensuring comprehensive coverage across modules and applications.
Partner with vendors, business stakeholders, and SAP functional teams to define system-specific test automation requirements.
Establish clear testing objectives, scope, and deliverables tailored to automation initiatives.
Advocate for and embed automation best practices within the overall testing framework.
Test Execution & Automation Delivery
Manage and execute automated testing for SAP modules and applications including ARIBA, SAC, PaPM, and SAP BTP.
Work closely with technical and functional teams to validate system functionality across development cycles, upgrades, and enhancements.
Perform a range of testing types—functional, integration, regression, and performance—with a focus on automation efficiency.
Utilize tools such as
TOSCA
and
Tricentis ECT 2.0
to enhance automation in both cloud-based and on-premise environments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. with SAP testing experience, with a strong emphasis on automation.
Hands-on experience with SAP modules (MM, FI, PM, QM, PS), ARIBA, SAC, PaPM, and SAP BTP.
Proficiency in automation tools such as
TOSCA
and
ECT 2.0
(Tricentis).
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies or hybrid project environments is preferred.

- On behalf of the Owner's Engineer (OE), the T&C Manager shall be responsible for overseeing all testing and commissioning activities of the IWMF Contractors, including the coordination of testing and commissioning activities of TWRP that interface with IWMF.
- The T&C Manager shall lead the OE's proposed testing and commissioning team and coordinate with its Resident Site Supervision (RSS) Team and OE's design team as well as the Contractors to review the development of the Contractors testing and commissioning plan and the Contractors execution of their plan in order to achieve the Project milestones for each of the IWMF EPC Contracts (EPC Package 1 – Waste to Energy/Materials Recovery Facility and EPC Package 2 – Sludge Incineration Facility/Food Waste Treatment Facility).
- The T&C Manager shall oversee the whole of each Contractors testing and commissioning activities, and the interfaces between EPC1 and EPC2 and TWRP as relevant, which should commence from dry/cold to hot commissioning to successful completion of entire commissioning process and trial run, including optimisation of plant operation with the Contractors and O&M teams.
- Direct liaison with Client's Technical Directors/PGMs.
- Attendance at Client Monthly Project Steering/Working Committee Meetings chaired by DCEO and any other relevant high-level meetings as required by the Client/PD/SO.
- Chairing regular T&C Coordination Meetings with the Contractor and/or Other Contractors on adjacent sites (that is attended by Client representatives or similar others also)
- Any other matters that may from time to time be delegated by the PD/SO.
- Member of internal Senior Project Management Team (PMT) that meets regularly (chaired by PD/SO) to discuss progress and resolve any internal issues.
- The OE's T&C Manager is estimated to be mobilised to site at least 6 months prior to the commencement of actual testing and commissioning by the Contractor in order to familiarise themselves with the Works and the Contractors plans for the T&C and the expectations of the Client.
Job Requirements:
- The T&C Manager shall have at least 15 years of hands-on relevant experience in testing and commissioning (and operation) of large scale solid waste management projects (Waste to Energy - WTE, sludge incineration, materials recovery and food waste treatment), or experience with large scale industrial/process/utilities projects (i.e. waste, water, oil & gas, power) testing and commissioning.
- The T&C Manager shall have a relevant engineering degree or certification.

Your Role – Impactful, Meaningful And Future-Oriented
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Manager to lead the testing and commissioning of advanced signalling systems for key railway infrastructure projects in Singapore, including the Jurong Region Line (JRL), Cross Island Line (CRL), and the Singapore–Johor Bahru Rapid Transit System (RTS Link).
As part of Siemens’ commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable mobility solutions, this role is critical in ensuring the safe, timely, and high-quality execution of signalling T&C activities in line with regulatory standards and client expectations.
Lead, plan, and coordinate all Testing & Commissioning activities related to CBTC Signalling Systems, including onboard and wayside equipment, interlockings, ATS, and system interfaces.
Develop and maintain T&C strategies, detailed test schedules, resource plans, and commissioning roadmaps aligned with project timelines and contractual milestones.
Oversee execution of Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), Site Acceptance Tests, System Integration Tests, dynamic testing, trial operations, and system handover.
Ensure compliance with Siemens internal processes, customer regulations, and safety case requirements for all T&C-related activities.
Interface with internal engineering and project teams, subcontractors, LTA, system suppliers, and operator stakeholders (SMRT, SBST) to ensure smooth coordination and clear communication throughout the T&C phases.
Review and approve T&C documentation, including test procedures, method statements, and test reports.
Monitor testing KPIs, track progress, identify risks, and initiate mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery.
Support safety certification activities, RAMS assessments, and participate in ISA audits and safety workshops.
Lead and mentor a team of T&C engineers and supervise subcontractor performance on site.
Serve as the key point of contact for Siemens on all T&C-related matters during the project lifecycle.
Lead the interface activities with other subsytems PSD, SCADA, telecoms, rolling stock interfaces during the System Interface Tests.
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Railway Systems, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in testing and commissioning of urban railway signalling systems, with a focus on CBTC GoA 4 solutions.
Strong familiarity with Siemens Mobility signalling technology and system architecture is a distinct advantage.
Proven experience in leading T&C activities for major Railway Signalling projects.
In-depth understanding of LTA standards, T&C workflows, and approval processes in the Singapore regulatory environment.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary, fast-paced project environment.
Previous experience with Siemens CBTC solutions, as well as certification or formal training in CENELEC standards or functional safety, is preferred.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Scope
As we grow our delivery footprint in Singapore and the APAC region, we are looking for a Practice Lead / Project Manager to drive software testing and quality assurance engagements, contribute to presales and practice development, and shape high-impact solutions across regulated and mission-critical industries.
You will oversee the delivery of software testing, validation, and automation projects and act as a technical and project lead for end-to-end engagements. This role combines technical ownership, project management, and practice leadership, with opportunities to contribute to presales and capability building for future projects across various industries (e.g., defense, telco, media, etc.).
The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about quality assurance, automation frameworks, and building cross-functional testing teams, while also thriving in client-facing and business-enabling contexts.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Quality Assurance
- Lead the delivery of test automation and validation workstreams (unit, integration, end-to-end).
- Define and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Oversee software quality lifecycle from test strategy to execution and reporting.
- Monitor risks, compliance, and progress aligned to project KPIs.
- Coordinate with technical and QA teams to ensure solution quality and velocity.
Practice & Technical Leadership
- Establish and promote best practices in automated testing, validation, and CI/CD workflows.
- Maintain and enhance test frameworks to ensure robustness, traceability, and efficiency across projects.
- Collaborate with Akkodis global Testing Practice teams and international Delivery Centers to align on solution design, delivery models, and technical accelerators.
- Localize global best practices to suit regional project needs, client environments, and compliance requirements.
- Work with internal delivery teams to continuously improve testing tools, processes, and methodologies.
- Guide junior engineers, oversee onboarding of consultants, and foster a knowledge-sharing culture within the team.
Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
- Support RFQ responses and solution proposals for new and existing clients.
- Participate in technical scoping, estimation, and presentation of QA capabilities.
- Represent Akkodis in discovery sessions and solutioning workshops with clients
Certifications (Preferred):
- ISTQB, PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or equivalent.
Required experience
- 8+ years in software testing/QA with increasing responsibility; 3+ years in project or team leadership.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Robot Framework, Selenium, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with .NET, Java, Python, or C#-based environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), Jira, Xray, and DevOps workflows.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with sprint-based delivery.
