GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The candidate will serve as the Test Lead for Core Banking projects, responsible for test strategy & planning, automation, NFR, and end-to-end testing delivery ownership.

Key Features of the Position

Functional / Technical

• Lead and mentor testing teams for functional testing, regression, automation, and NFR for large Temenos T24 projects in the Private Banking domain.
• Oversee test planning and execution, including test design, data management, environment planning, automation, non-functional testing, regression, defect management, and test closure.
• Review and analyze business requirements and system specifications to define test approaches, scope, and plans.
• Collaborate with various teams to achieve project goals.
• Report on status and manage defect resolution across multiple teams.
