Our organization is looking for a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to lead our team of test engineers. As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining test procedures, tester hardware, and software for electronic circuit board production.

Main Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and coach test engineers I & II to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to identify key process technician position candidates.
