We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Automation Test Engineer with proven expertise in Java Selenium, as well as modern front-end testing tools like Cypress and Playwright. You will be responsible for creating scalable automation frameworks, executing tests across web and API layers, and integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop automation frameworks using Selenium (Java), Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript), and Playwright.

• Perform cross-browser, cross-platform, and responsive testing.

• Collaborate with design engineers on first silicon debug, device characterization, test program bring-up, and production release activities.

• Debug digital vectors including JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, Functional, and Mbist, and perform device characterization across PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature).

• Characterize Mixed Signal IP such as ADC, DAC, PLL, etc.

• Participate in test program handover, production release, yield improvement, and test time reduction.

• Collaborate closely with Product Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Engineering, and Foundry Engineering teams.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Test Engineering (preferred).

• Hands-on experience with Teradyne UltraFlex or Advantest 93K ATE is an advantage.
