What the role is
Office Management General Administration Support
MAS may hire temporary staff to take up short-term assignments. The assignments usually last a few months and involve providing basic administrative support to the assigned department. You will be working in a fast paced environment that would require the ability to manage high volumes of work and multiple assignments.
If you would like to be considered for a temporary role, please submit your application form and attach a simple cover letter indicating the following:
- Period of availability
- Preferred areas of interest
- Specific skillsets, if applicable
- Ability to handle physical work such as carrying files/cartons
As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment. - Perform monthly reconciliation of AWS invoices against internal billing records
- Cross-reference and validate charges between GovTech billing statements and internal cost tracking sheets
- Input and maintain accurate data in Excel spreadsheets for billing records

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Carry out nursing care duties to ensure a high standard of medical and customer service.

Qualifications
