Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant

• Pick and pack medications using a reliable inventory system.

• Plan and assign equipment operator for aircraft pushback/towing, including water/ toilet servicing and supply of GSE equipment if required
• Liaise with IGO/ Maintrol/ CEG for aircraft towing and other utilities servicing activities
• Liaise with Equipment Maintenance team on equipment requirements/ shortage
• Maintain regular walkie-talkie communication with the operator to ensure punctual departure of flights and any other changes in assignment for any services
• Attend to customer' request/ complaints (where necessary)
• Update the duty supervisor on any delay

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec/Diploma in related qualification, preferably with experience in aviation industry
• Microsoft Excel/ Words
• Computer literate, preferable with experience in SAP & MS Applications
• Good communication skills
• Experience in planning or aviation will be added advantage
• Must be able to perform rotating shift work (12 hours)

Job Summary

The Adult Educator is responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating Hua Mei Training Academy's WSQ and non-WSQ courses / programs and workshops for adult learners. The role involves effective facilitation of lessons following all instructions in the specific courseware, fostering a positive learning environment, assessing learner needs, and designing tailored instructional activities to enhance adult education and skill development.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-Develop and implement adult education curriculum and lesson plans tailored to learners’ needs as Subject Matter Experts (if needed).
• Deliver engaging and interactive instructional sessions in various formats (classroom, online, workshops) according to courseware.
• Conduct Assessment according to Assessment Plan, if appointed as Assessor.
• Assess learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and program outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, Adult Learning, or related field.
• WSQ ACTA or ACLP certification.
• Community Care, Social Work preferred. (minimum 5 yrs)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage adult learners.
• Knowledge of instructional design and assessment techniques.
• Proficiency with educational technology and online teaching platforms for example Kahoot, Mentimeter etc.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

For SSG funded courses, working & facilitation experience:

- Minimum 5 yrs relevant working experience and 3 yrs facilitation experience

For AIC funded courses:

- Proven experience in adult education, training, or related roles

- Minimum 2 yrs facilitation experience

- Subject Matter Expertise or Work experience in Healthcare,

We are looking for individuals to join the School of Health & Social Sciences as Short-Term Clinical Instructors. In this role, you will serve as a role model and mentor for our nursing students and is responsible for providing effective instruction, assessment and support to Nursing students during their clinical placement in hospital and community facilities. You should strive to stimulate the student's interest in all aspects of clinical practice and encourage innovative thinking and approaches to practice.

What you will be working on

• Orientate students to the clinical sites including working schedule, assessment methods, and overall responsibilities.
• Ensure that the clinical practicum facilitates the achievement of stipulated clinical learning outcomes and provide regular feedback to the Clinical Placement Provider to improve the quality of students' clinical experiences.
• Support faculty with the development and achievement of the objectives and competencies for clinical skills logbook and assessments.
• Identify and assign appropriate activities align to the objectives and competencies for the clinical placement to enhance student learning.
• Impart and enhance students' understanding of clinical related issues.
• Assess student's competency to identify strengths and address weaknesses and monitor their progress to ensure stated objectives are met.
• Facilitate and seek interactions with the management and other health care professionals of clinical practice sites and act as point of contact for the respective hospitals.
• Communicate with the clinical manager with any concerns or questions regarding student progress as soon as issues arise.
• Prepares the staff weekly roster and submit weekly reports to the clinical manager.
• Maintain student confidentiality and any other duties as assigned
