• Provide technical service and customer support during field visits

Requirements

• Fresh Graduate from Polytechnic, Diploma or higher in Telecommunications, ICT, Networking and IT related disciplines.
• Interested in field services work at customer sites.
• Keen interest to learn and pick up knowledge of various common commercial brands of network-related hardware (e.g. CISCO, Ubiquiti, ASUS, etc)
• Keen interest to pick up fibre network setup
• Keen interest to pick up VOIP, SIP services
• Keen interest to pick up Firewall, L2, VPN, and other network solutions
• Self-starter to deliver the desired customer service experience
• Ability to work alone without minimum supervision
