Techbridge Ventures is a technology commercialization company based in Singapore with an extensive network of international Partners and Clients. We are now seeking to recruit a Technology Development Manager to work on hardware and software development projects with our Clients.

• Understand Client requirements and propose suitable technology solutions from our Vendors /Partners.
• Drive development projects to meet expectations of Clients.
• Hardware and Software development.
• Develop specifications, guidelines and best practices for successful use of technologies.
• Traveling (up to 30%) will be expected.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Understand Client requirements and propose suitable technology solutions from our Vendors /Partners.

Education and/or Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics/Computer/Mechanical engineering.
• Experience in Prototyping and Product Development.
• Knowledge or experience in software development or Low Code development will be advantageous.
• Experience in IoT and embedded systems would be a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of water treatment processes and Cleantech technologies is desirable.

Job Responsibilities:

• 2.5D/3DIC platform development.
• New unit module development and devices development.
• New process verification and qualification.

Capability

• Solid semiconductor process integration and device characterization skills
• Semiconductor device physics and analysis skill.
• Experienced in 2.5D and 3DIC process development are plus.
• Skill on FMEA, control plan, DOE (design of experiment) and problem solving.

Qualification

• At least MASTER degree in microelectronics/electronics/electrical/physics/Materials engineering or other relevant fields.
• At least 7 years working experience in semiconductor R&D or related foundry experience of integration/process/device engineer.
• Working experience: 2.5D and 3DIC integration and device background are plus.
• Proficient English oral and writing skill.

• 70-80 % of the work will be involved in doing testing and test program writing for wafer level device parametric testing
• 20-30% of the work involves logistics work of wafer handling between Fab and Technology development group for which the person shall be trained accordingly.

• Diploma in "Electrical and Electronics" Engineering.
• Studies on semiconductor subjects will be added advantage.

• One plus years of experience in semiconductor device testing /Characterization /test program writing in any Fab and/or design company.
• Familiarity with programming languages.
• Prior work experience in Linux OS environment and Knowledge of Keysight 4070 / 4080 tester will be added advantages.
• Fresh candidate with intern work or project work done for semiconductor device testing / test program writing can also be considered.
• Person also need to have good inter personal skills to deal with cross functional teams.

• 70-80 % of the work will be involved in preparing of Lot WIP report daily, inline & WAT Trend Chart report, Device bench testing, inline data collection and engineering testkey layout for BCD technology development
• 20-30% of the work involves logistics work of wafer handling between Fab and Technology development groups.

• Diploma and above is needed.

• One plus years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing. Candidates familiar with fab production line or process are recommended.
• Fresh candidate with intern work or project work done for device testing or layout can also be considered.

• Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, biomedical engineering or a relevant scientific/engineering field with at least eight years of relevant experience within the academic and/or industrial environment involving commercial partnerships; PhD in these fields preferred

• Track record of successfully negotiating commercial contracts with industry partners

• Research on novel device development with the help of performing detailed TCAD process & device simulations.
• Develop, document and calibrated TCAD simulation deck for various technologies in collaboration with project team.
• Perform TCAD DOE and provide device tuning deck.
• Design the device test key & layout study and carry out the appropriate electrical measurement (bench test) and analysis to continuously improve device performance.
• Performing well-thought experiments for device tuning to optimize device performance while ensuring device reliability.

• Master/Bachelor in Electronics & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong device physics knowledge base and solid device analysis skill.
• Hands-on experience in TCAD simulation and its calibration methodology.
• Hands-on experience in layout work is preferred.

Role Summary:

You are responsible to contribute in managing process development, performance analysis, risk mitigation, and platform integration to meet quality, reliability, and production readiness targets.

Key Responsibilities :

• Led the transfer of mature technology from the mother fab to the new fab. Concurrent tasks including process development, device performance analysis, model S2S, evaluation of process control capability/stability/productivity, CIP plan, defense system setup. To meet quality assessment and reliability qualification are also part of this job.
• Introducing customer's RSA/mass production products from other fab to our fab. Task including technical requirement discussion in the kick-off stage, managing process development work/progress, planning window check proposal for critical process steps, reducing potential production risks, meet quality/reliability/yield criteria.
• Developing derivative platform from existing platform. Setup device performance target w/ market people, integrating selected process steps from several technologies, preparing development shuttle and work with fab closely to make sure the new technology is good to production.

Education Qualification & Essential Experiences:

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics /Material Engineering or Physics science.
• Interesting or Min 10 years of relevant work experience in modules/Process Integration/Product Engineering would be plus.
• Possess strong analytical skills, experience in CMOS process, device physics, EE and material science, device and program management.
• Experience in Fabrication is a plus
