  • Gather and define technical, operational and user requirements, assisting with the conceptual of architecture and technical solutions design that are efficient, resilient, scalable, secure and reusable.
  • Develop, configure and implement automation solutions or programs, scripts and objects on various platforms that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand in accordance with SimplifyNext's best practices and code standards.

About The Opportunity

  • Ability to carry out As-Is assessment of IT, determine gaps, form hypothesis, design To-Be and develop IT Roadmap.

  • Process strong project delivery capabilities and familiar with project management and Agile methodology. Effectively manage both onshore and offshore resources.
  • Cultivate and manage business development opportunities. Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs.
  • Demonstrate in-depth technical/functional capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge. Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in consulting services capabilities.
  • Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently deliver quality client services. To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or a related field.
  • A minimum of 9 years of experience in consultancy, professional services or project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and manage high level, executive relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, process and prose creation, business re-engineering, and application mapping.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will have a strong technical background combined with superb consulting skills across BI or IM or Analytics
  • You will have a passion for customer service and the ability to work in a billable hour environment
  • Under direction, work as a member of a team and autonomously and show a real sense of urgency and not easily get discouraged by obstacles.
  • You will need to be highly motivated to succeed and have a "do whatever it takes" attitude
  • You will be methodical, detail minded with strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude combined with a degree of flexibility – all geared to exceeding client expectations
  • You will have strong problem solving, analytical and time management skills combined with exceptional communication skills.

Skills And Attributes For Success

  • At least 4 years’ experience with skills ranging from data architecture, information management, analytics, data science, software engineering, devops, to Agile delivery
  • Project delivery toolset experience in one or more batch ETL tools (such as Informatica, Microsoft SSIS or Talend) or open source data integration tools (such as Kafka or Nifi)
  • Knowledge and experience in end-to-end project delivery, either traditional SDLC or agile delivery methodologies (or hybrid approaches)
  • Exceptional communication, documentation and presentation skills

  • Experience in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong consulting experience and background, including engaging directly with clients

As a Manager in the Data & AI competency, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategies and deal shaping for Generative AI (Gen AI) and Data Platform opportunities. You will be responsible for leading project delivery post-conversion, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction. Your expertise will be crucial in driving enterprise adoption strategies and designing innovative Gen AI products and use cases.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Gen AI and Data Platform offerings, focusing on sectors such as Retail, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, and Energy/Utilities.
  • Lead deal shaping efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and create compelling value propositions for clients.
  • Design and implement Gen AI products and use cases tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Formulate enterprise adoption strategies and roadmaps for Gen AI initiatives, guiding clients through their transformation journeys.
