C. Application, Quality & Market Readiness
- To provide estimates on product costings to ensure products' formulation brings in profits after production.
- Ensure all products meet food safety regulations, quality standards, and labelling requirements.
- To evaluate experimental samples and work closely with sales team to address customers' needs.
- Visit customers (with sales personnel) for trial, troubleshooting, product promotion, technical advice etc.
- Communicate with sales/marketing team to have clear understanding of customers' and market requirements.
- Keep up to date on information regarding market trends, ideas and technology for products.
- Share new Technology with Team Members.
- Launch new projects

- Must hold a Master's in Agriculture.
- Having strong Japanese language skills to connect with HQ A&I Centre members.
- With 4 to 6 years working experience in R&D role.

In this role, you will work on one of the leading Intelligent Automation (IA) platforms to deliver solutions for our clients. IA platforms include capabilities such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining, Process Analytics, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Text Analytics, Low-Code Application Development, Conversational AI, etc.
You’ll be part of a team delivering end-to-end technology consulting and implementation projects on the above-mentioned areas. Your responsibilities would include:
- Contribute to all phases of SimplifyNext’s projects (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test).
- Interact & communicate with various Process Subject Matter Experts (SME) of the businesses to understand and analyze business problems and pain points to better define requirements required for the solution design.
- Gather and define technical, operational and user requirements, assisting with the conceptual of architecture and technical solutions design that are efficient, resilient, scalable, secure and reusable.
- Develop, configure and implement automation solutions or programs, scripts and objects on various platforms that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand in accordance with SimplifyNext's best practices and code standards.
- Identify or support the creation of all appropriate use cases/process scenarios and their expected outcomes that will be used during the delivery lifecycle for the process.
- Conduct user accepting testing and rollout phases with Process SMEs from the businesses and ensuring that solution has fulfilled the requirements.
- Provide support to the businesses in the post-implementation phase and support existing automations and implement change requirements.
Qualifications
- Min Diploma - preferably in Computer Engineering
- Excellent communications and inter-personal skills, and passion to deliver quality work
- Ability to analyse, design, develop, implement and maintain application code.
- Strong logical approach and problem-solving skills

Trainees eligible for the CLT must minimally be:
- Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR).

The Technology Industrial Attachment Program offers business analyst roles in the Global Corporate & Investment Banking and Global Payments Solutions Technology division. This division specializes in technology solutions and strategic support to the Global Corporate & Investment Banking and Global Payments Solutions business.
What you’ll do:
Key tasks and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Working with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze problems, and capture their requirements
Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests
Working closely with the development team(s) to refine the requirements into specifications that can be executed by the team
Document processes, procedures, and workflows
Create and maintain training materials for end-users
Individuals in this role possess a foundational understanding of the business/technical domain based on their specialization
Program Overview
The Technology Industrial Attachment Program is a 6-month program (Jan – Jun 2026) designed to provide Industrial Attachment Interns with a unique experience based on their interests, development opportunities, and current business needs. Here at Bank of America, our focus is on providing our clients with innovative, safe, and secure solutions by leveraging the most advanced technology tools coupled with the creativity of our technology teams. The Industrial Attachment program begins with an orientation and induction to the firm. Industrial Attachment interns are given a true associate experience, as assignments mirror full-time responsibility and include goal-setting and a formal review process.

Mandatory Skill-set
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science;
- Must have 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role in delivering and supporting IT applications;
- Must have experience in gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, and preparing documentation;
- Demonstrated understanding of business needs with a strong interest in business process analysis and re-engineering;
- Foundational knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write and understand queries;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for working with business users/product owners to gather business requirements, supporting multiple applications systems and platforms;
- Translate business needs to ensure that developers and business users have a common consent;
- Articulate business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications;
- Create and execute testing plans and coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT);
- Facilitate the tracking and reporting of project progress, issues, and risks to ensure timely delivery of project milestones;
- Proficient in concurrently supporting multiple application systems and platforms;
- Adhere to the organization and project standards & guidelines.

- Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions (Phytons/VBA/Power Automate/Power BI) to streamline business or operation processes and enhance efficiency.

- Experience in creating Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX, and visualization
- Knowledge of Power Automate for building workflows, connecting applications, and automating task
- Experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
- Strong problem-solving, requirements gathering and analytical skills. Resourceful, dynamic, customer-focused, business and result-oriented.
- Positive, “can do” attitude
- Operational knowledge of warehousing & transportation, department or functional area's processes and systems are added advantage
- Ability to communicate operation/IT challenges & opportunities effectively to all levels, including management
