• Customer Service for receiving and collection of electrical appliances and equipment.
• Pleasant personality as customer facing in a professional and polite manner.
• Providing goods receiving and service reports and communicating with the customer on the diagnostics outcome and next course of action
• Manage stock inventory, ensure proper care of equipment and appliances repair.
• Willing to take on new responsibilities and new projects on short notice.

Job Requirements
• Diploma / Nitec preferred (Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related discipline preferred.)
• Strong interest and passion in hands on repair and troubleshooting
• No experience required. On job training provided
• Valid Class 3 or Class 2 Driving License (preferred by not a must)
• Working hours: 5 ½ day 8.30am to 6.30pm (Mon-Fri) 8.30am - 12pm (Sat)

Our Rockwell Collins Avionics Service Centre in Singapore provides avionics MRO services for Asia Pacific commercial customers. Sales and engineering teams are co-located, providing a regional Centre of Excellence for avionics support.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate test equipment in the repair, overhaul and modification of Avionics Line Replaceable Units.
- Conduct regular functional/self test and calibration on Automated/Manual Test Equipment.
- Ensure all test equipment are within calibration due-date before testing of LRU is carried out.
- Perform modification in accordance to service bulletins on LRUs as and when required.
- Troubleshoot customer's unit and return it to serviceable condition in the most efficient manner.
- Verify and ensure all repairs or modifications carried out conform to quality and workmanship standards.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices at work place and test benches at all time.
- Carry out duties as assigned by the Supervisor to meet team's objectives.
Requirement:
- Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Electronic Engineering or any other related discipline.
- Preferably 1- 2 years work experience conducting board-level repair work
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management.
- Good understanding of electronics theory.
- Experience working in a Workshop Environment will be favored.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior role.
