We are seeking a proactive Technical Sales Support to join our team. In this role, you will support contractors directly on-site, lead product demonstrations, troubleshoot applications, and serve as the key technical link between innovation and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, pre-sales product demonstrations, on-site mock-ups, training, and presentations for customers and colleagues.
- Report product performance or installation issues to the Technical Manager, especially when warranty conditions may be affected.
- Carry out internal and external testing of materials.
- Create product prototypes and sample boards for customers and internal use.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or application problems on-site, coordinating with relevant teams to implement immediate solutions.
- Prepare reports and maintain customer correspondence on product complaints, technical concerns, and application issues.
- Conduct regular site and post-installation inspections, and submit weekly reports on site visits and issues encountered.
Support promotional initiatives such as training sessions, exhibitions, conferences, and product demonstrations to strengthen the Laticrete brand.
Requirements
- Prior construction site experience is preferred (training will be provided upon confirmation of employment).
Must possess personal transportation (car or motorcycle) for site visits.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
5-day work week
