Develop and maintain good rapport with other stakeholders
Participate in dialogue/discussion with government agencies and external parties on various refinery related issues and investments
Explore and pursue business opportunities to ensure the Refinery’s sustainability
Review regularly Plant’s performance and provide suggestions for operational improvement/optimization, enhancement of safety /reliability and reduction in operating costs
Keep abreast of latest developments in refining and related technologies to contribute to technical and economic recommendations of project investments

Job Requirements
Degree in Chemical Engineering
At least 8 years of relevant working experience in refinery or petrochemical industry
Knowledge in refining projects and operations/process
