Key Responsibilities
- Solution Consulting & Architecture

- Identify opportunities to enhance existing cybersecurity offerings through innovation and client feedback.
- Contribute to the development of new services or solutions based on market demand and emerging technologies.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical presales, solutions architect, or cybersecurity consulting role.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as network security, endpoint protection, threat detection & response, zero trust, cloud security, and managed security services.
- Hands-on experience with security technologies (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, firewalls, EDR, IAM, DLP, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, or relevant vendor certifications (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Microsoft Security, etc.) are highly desirable.

B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2. Team Management
- Lead your team of ASEAN CrowdStrike Solutions Architects/Pre Sales engineers,
- Build, lead and develop your team of Solutions Architects to understand all aspects of technical services which are needed by CrowdStrike
- Ensure our Solutions Architects are working in lock step with the local CrowdStrike_ sales team in everyday engagements
3. Singapore Pre Sales
- Until our business grows, this role will also be the hands-on presales for the Singapore market for CrowdStrike
- Work closely with the sales and product teams
- Conduct CrowdStrike security assessments to drive sales opportunity
- Conduct Proof-Of-Concept (POC) and prepare technical proposals
- Conduct solution presentation and workshops
- Provide pre and post-sales support
- Propose and explore new and’ upcoming technologies in the market
- Work with our CrowdStrike sales team to understand where our CrowdStrike Technical team is needed to support
- Provide technical support for preparation of vendor, cloud reseller or end user tenders
- Enable your team to provide best in class POCs and demonstrations of our cloud partner’s technology
- Enable your team to deliver technical workshops and other 1:1 technical engagement to help progress our cloud sales pipeline
- Provide SOPs and SOWe as required for our work – repeatable templates where possible
5. Training & Enablement
- Develop an enablement curriculum for your team and our partners that is well documented, repeatable and easily scalable across your team
- Create a regular cadence of training sessions which partners from ASEAN can attend
- Enable your team to deliver training during in person sessions in country
6. Partner Development
- Create a partner development framework that enables partners to progress through vendor tiers and adopt new specializations or competencies
- Enable your team to project manage the development of our key focus partners
- Ensure our In Country Solutions Architects enable our partners and maintain key relationships in CrowdStrike and their reseller partners
- Have your team always on the lookout for new reseller partners we can develop a CrowdStrike partnership with, and notify our CrowdStrike sales BDMs
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
- Current CrowdStrike Certifications relevant to this job description desirable
- Proven communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Experience:
- 10+ years experience in a technical role
- 5+ years experience in cybersecurity
- Good knowledge of Security Design Architecture, OSI model, TCP/IP model, Network Security and Protocols
- Knowledge of CrowdStrike technologies
- Knowledge of how to deliver CrowdStrike security assessments is desirable
- Team leadership experience

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing team. This role is focused primarily on sales with a strong technical understanding of our product offerings (CCTV, UPS, Solar, Access Control, Networking Solutions). You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, providing solutions to meet their needs, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage new business opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions based on technical and commercial needs.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business. Preferably in electronics and electronic engineering, or computer science.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in CCTV, IT, Networking, or related industries is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Technical knowledge in security systems, networking, or power solutions is a plus (training will be provided).
