- Perform regular preventive maintenance work on company vehicle.
- Conduct regular inspections on company vehicles to ensure reliability and to pass regulatory inspections and audits.
- Carry out corrective maintenance and repairs on vehicles to minimize downtime.

Job Summary
Generally, Technical Specialist provide technical expertise to support manufacturing in leading machine enhancement, managing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of machines, project execution, accountability on production waste and quality of all machine tools operations and the overall technician resource management in production.
The primary role of Technical Specialist is to take lead in the area of expertise assigned and coordinate activities between the production and projects.
- General Accountability
- Safety and ISO14001 Environmental accountability. Ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly workplace by observing Company’s rules and procedures. Active involvement in prevention, elimination of potential safety hazards and participation in activities which promotes recycling, replacement, and reduction of resource materials.
- Safety & health accountability: Safety and health are important to BD, and we encourage the observance of all safety programs and training assigned to you. Such programs are to be attended in a timely manner to ensure that work tasks carried out are in accordance with our safety guidelines and SOPs.

**Job Summary**

**Must be able to commit day shift 7am to 7pm** . (Shift Pattern 3/4/4/3). During training period, you will be on day shift 7:00am to 4:00pm.
**Main Responsibilities**
+ Maintain machines to meet production output, and other metrics like quality, waste etc.
+ Perform Preventive Maintenance (Cleaning, Service, Replace)
+ Perform troubleshooting of machine and tools, equipment failures to meet production targets, safety and quality standards and/or specifications
+ Perform product/machine changeover on the line by tool/die change and machine set-up
+ Initiate, Implement and follow-up on machine enhancement and project assignments
+ Write Standard Work Instruction / Procedure for assigned operation / process
+ Implement Corrective and Preventives Actions
+ Participate in training and coaching of Technicians and new hires on skills and knowledge on machine operations and adjustments
+ Assist Engineers or Subject Matter Experts for any CI activities.
+ Ability to interpret electrical or electronics wiring or schematic diagrams.
+ Basic knowledge with Programmable Logic Controllers (eg. Omron or Allen Bradley).
**Job Requirements**
+ 1-2 years experience in Electrical aspect - Electrical Control & Automation.
+ Open to fresh Diploma/Nitec in Electrical Engineering.
+ **Must be able to commit 12 hours day shift 7am to 7pm** . (Shift Pattern 3/4/4/3)
+ Basic knowledge/experience working with PLC (e.g. Omron or Allen Bradley) is an advantage.
+ Ability to interpret electrical or electronics wiring or schematic diagrams.
+ Ability to interpret pneumatic diagrams.
+ Ability to carry out troubleshooting for machineries issues related to electrical, electronic components or pneumatic components.

Job Summary
Generally, Technical Specialist provide technical expertise to support manufacturing in leading machine enhancement, managing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of machines, project execution, accountability on production waste and quality of all machine tools operations and the overall technician resource management in production.
The primary role of Technical Specialist is to take lead in the area of expertise assigned and coordinate activities between the production and projects.
General Accountability
Safety and ISO14001 Environmental accountability. Ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly workplace by observing Company’s rules and procedures. Active involvement in prevention, elimination of potential safety hazards and participation in activities which promotes recycling, replacement, and reduction of resource materials.
Safety & health accountability: Safety and health are important to BD, and we encourage the observance of all safety programs and training assigned to you. Such programs are to be attended in a timely manner to ensure that work tasks carried out are in accordance with our safety guidelines and SOPs.
Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) accountability. Observing GMP rules and procedures.
Apply SOP and/or SWI in daily operations.
Observe BD Code of Ethics
Reporting up on all incidents / accidents, near misses, deviations from plan and when required, to take part in further investigations.
Reporting up on all quality incidents, near misses, non-conformance from SOP, Specifications and when required, to take part in further investigations.
Operation Tasks
Lead / Contribute into departments activities that are needed in order to achieve goals set for the department e.g.
Perform training, coaching, and developing Technician / Production associates.
Manage documentation / administration works.
Write Standard Work Instruction / Procedure for assigned operation / process.
Support troubleshooting for machine / equipment failures to meet production targets and quality standards and/or
specifications.
Support product/machine changeover on the line by tool/die change and machine set-up.
Assist Engineers or Subject Matter Experts for any CI activities.
Supporting Tasks
Participate in the discussion and review of team's performance in the daily shift changeover meeting.
Participate in continuous improvement initiative / activities.
Perform any other tasks as assigned.
Preferred Requirements
Education and Experience
Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering field, preferably Mechanical or Mechatronics study.
Minimum 2 years of maintenance and troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment.
Candidate with injection molding experiences is a plus.
Able to commit permanent 12 hours night shift. (3/4/4/3)

We are looking for a technical Lead for new Product development for Innovation, Non-Innovation and Raw material supplier development application within the site, actively partners with R&D, R&D Project, Supply Category project team and plant team for product development on product launches and reformulations.
Your responsibilities- Support process development activities at site for NPD and productivity initiatives.
- Lead and conduct trials from pilot scale to plant scale for raw materials, formulations, processes in Wet process and Spray drying process in Milk/Infant formula manufacturing plant.
- Performs studies, development and qualifications ensuring the final product meets target physical properties, meets its functionality, cost, manufacturability, and the total product meet desired consumer acceptance metrics, regulatory requirements, environmental issues and sustainability, storage, transport, and distribution conditions.
- Maintains all formulation, operating parameters and manufacturing systems records at the site using tools like OPTIVA, GWINS & SAP.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing operation to ensure product quality and efficiency.
- Support commissioning, qualification, validation plant equipment in defined scope in capital projects to support innovation and supply chain initiatives.
- Drives structured problem analysis and design of experiment, to provide statistically based solutions to product and process development.
- Effectively communicates technical topics to key stakeholders, management and team members to influence decisions. Facilitates partnerships with key stakeholders on formulation, specification, equipment, and process changes.
- Develops the process knowledge of operators and others on site so that producing a quality product is seen as everyone's responsibility.
- Builds rapport and interacts effectively with employees at all levels, enabling continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or B.S. in Engineering or Dairy/Food technology.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in Nutrition/food/pharmaceutical/beverage manufacturing industry in R&D, QA, or production functions,
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience as Process Engineer operating key process technologies related to milk powder manufacturing or nutrition industry such as dry blending and packaging.
- Demonstrated ability to scale up and economically viable industrial scale manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge and hands on MS office, OPTIVA, GWINS and SAP.
- Experience in trouble shooting related to key unit operations and processes in food manufacturing.
- Experience in qualifying and commissioning of food processing equipment.
