Key Responsibilities

• Equipment & Systems Management
• Oversee technical operations for medical, recovery, and fitness equipment (e.g., cryo chambers, oxygen pods, POS systems)
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed (e.g., monthly sauna inspections, weekly gym equipment checks)
• Troubleshoot IoT and smart-device integrations (wearables, booking apps, HVAC automation)
• Compliance & Safety
• Maintain MOH/HSA compliance for medical devices (e.g., calibration logs for machines)
• Ensure PDPA compliance for guest data stored in wellness apps/CRM systems
• Conduct risk assessments for high-tech recovery equipment (e.g., oxygen chamber safety protocols)
• Vendor & Budget Management
• Negotiate contracts with OEM suppliers (e.g., TheraCryo for cryo maintenance)
• Manage annual technical budget for repairs, upgrades, and software licenses
• Source Singapore-based vendors for urgent repairs (e.g., POS system downtime)
• Staff Training & Support
• Train front desk staff on basic troubleshooting (e.g., resetting booking tablets)
• Certify therapists/nurses on medical device usage (e.g., proper sterilization of equipment)
• Develop emergency protocols for tech failures (e.g., backup generators for cryo units)

Role Profile

The purpose of the role is to manage the network and server infrastructure services offered to customers, duties includes to grow the business by responding to tenders, maintain and scale the system in accordance to business needs, comply to the security audit, submit reports and oversee all the system related activities.

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of school functions and activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up AV equipment for various events, including staff meetings, morning assemblies, and contact time. You will also maintain all AV hardware, repair equipment as needed, and update AV software and hardware inventory.
