About the Team:
One of the core missions of the Engineering Infrastructure team is to build reliable, scalable infrastructure platforms that could continuously support Shopee business growth.
Therefore, the Engineering Infrastructure TPM team serves to deliver value-added and impactful IaaS & PaaS products that could increase the overall capabilities and stability of Shopee cloud native infrastructure platform. Members work closely with platform developers, site reliability engineers and application developers from the business teams to continuously improve the development, delivery efficiency, and quality of applications via Shopee infrastructure platform.
Job Description:
- Serve as the primary contact for requirements gatherings - establish key users feedback lifecycle to ensure use cases are continuously reviewed and prioritized into product backlogs
- Develop product design and solutions, translating technical use cases and operations into UI/UX friendly management console features
- Maintain product roadmap that aligns with all stakeholders and long term goal of Shopee cloud native infrastructure platform.
- Research on industry best practices for product design and solutions, specifically related to public cloud providers IaaS/PaaS products and technology
- Design product permission control and workflows to restrict system access/misoperation and uphold system stability
- Identify and track key success metrics through rigorous data analysis - to measure value add of product features
- Set up agile sprint lifecycle and processes for product development - working closely with development team, QA and design team to ensure products are delivered on-time and to a high standard of quality
- Prepare product features rollout plan that include canary or A/B testing rollout, promotion workshop, user guides update, supporting channel setup for seamless transition user experience
- Manage key projects lifecycle - define project scope, planning of milestones, cross team collaborations and manage project risks to ensure timely project delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical or cloud infrastructure products
- Understanding of DevOps concepts and best practises
- Experience in running agile software development lifecycle
- Good data analysis skills with strong competency in SQL queries
- Experience with mockup UI design using Figma will be preferred

- Provide technical guidance and support for various Digital workspace related technologies including Workspace ONE related implementations, including configuration, deployment, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Development and maintenance of digital workspace environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Workspace ONE and related digital workspace technologies.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of digital workspace solutions to meet business requirements.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management.
Risk Management:
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on Workspace ONE and other digital workspace technologies.
- Experience in VMware Workspace ONE is a must.
- Strong understanding of VMware Workspace ONE architecture, components, and deployment strategies.
- Proven experience in managing IT projects related to end-user computing and digital workspace solutions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in managing migrations projects preferred.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Purchasing & Supply Executive to join our technical department and play a key role in coordinating vessel procurement, flag documentation, and operational logistics through our Planned Maintenance System (PMS).
- Manage and control daily purchasing and supply operations for vessels under technical management.
- Review vessel requisitions (deck, engine, cabin, and galley) received through PMS and verify accuracy and priority.
- Source quotations from approved vendors, negotiate best terms on cost, delivery, and quality, and prepare Purchase Orders (POs).
- Maintain and update purchase and delivery status in PMS (such as AMOS / ShipManager / TM Master).
- Coordinate with Technical Superintendents, Masters, Chief Engineers, and port agents for delivery of stores, spares, lubes, and services.
- Monitor and report on procurement budgets and vessel supply costs.
- Communicate effectively with Class, Flag, and suppliers for vessel documents, certificates, and compliance-related procurement.
- Follow-up on critical items for drydock and inspection preparation.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company QHSE, ISM, and ISO procedures.
- Maintain vendor performance records and contribute to supplier evaluation.
- Assist in logistics arrangements including customs clearance, freight forwarding, and consolidation of spares.
- Liaise with accounting team for invoice verification and payment coordination.
- Prepare periodic supply status reports and KPIs for management review.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a technical ship management or marine supply role .
- Strong knowledge of vessel machinery, spares, and marine consumables.
- Proficient with PMS systems (AMOS, ShipManager, or TM Master).
- Good understanding of Flag and Class documentation processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities
Lead partner relationships and collaborate with other groups around the world to build consistency in our approach to service.
Bridge the technical and business aspects of development by partnering internally with our Global Developer Technology Group (GDTG) engineers and business account management teams.
Meet regularly with your assigned accounts/partners to proactively identify project risks, support needs, and opportunities.

Required Qualifications
Engineering experience with hands-on exposure to game SDKs and ability to understand their content.

Familiarity with development tools and ability to quickly familiarize with new deeply technical projects in development.
The ability to operate with little to no supervision at partner sites, providing a professional and useful service to our partners.
Willing to travel and coordinate with leverage technical expertise in other groups to tackle issues at hand. When not able to directly or efficiently tackle partner problems, identify technical expertise needed to tackle the problems.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in the industry.
Proficiency in English and Korean or Japanese languages.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical knowledge of the PlayStation platform.
Direct console game development experience, i.e., contributed to the launch of a console title in a technical capacity.
Familiar with working with a globally distributed group.
English language skills are a plus.
Experience working with external partners.
