About The Role:
- To supervise and support the functions of incoming waste segregation including bulk waste and loose waste as well as weighbridge
- To constantly monitor improve the department performance. To conduct periodic review of existing work flows and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements and executing the improvement plans
- To supervise and ensure the effectiveness and smoothness of waste unloading, segregation and distribution
- Daily and regular inspection of the plant processes and monitor the working area 5S and TPM activities, safety and discipline at works, machineries and equipment conditions
- Ensure incoming waste streams being checked properly for suitable treatment processes and current safe work procedures are suitable for handling by operation staff
- As the core coordinator, lead and monitor the communication flow among internal departments on incoming waste discrepancy and revise related SOPs accordingly
- To evaluate and develop new treatment methods and handling procedures for new and unknown wastes, and review of operation costs and regular update to management
- To implement and supervise correct EHS practices within the department
- To work with resale for arrangement of recovered products to minimize the storage
- To prepare and analyze daily and monthly operation records/reports (e.g., cost, productivity, quality, nonconformance, etc) on plant processing and maintenance. And follow up necessary corrective actions and monitor consistently to relevant department staffs to follow up closely
- Regular briefing / training to be conducted to department staffs for safety handling of high flammable solvent, MSDS, PPE requirement and risk assessment before operations
- To activate emergency response team of operation and maintenance staffs and response to any in house spill and fire incident if in case of emergency situation.
- To liaise with EHS department to ensure fellow dept staff are upkeep with method of handling and emergency equipment usages in terms of spills and fire incident and to conduct regular practice and drill exercises with different scenarios to workers so that they are well familiar in emergency to response in time
- To ensure all fellow staffs are well trained according to OJT program and ensure they can follow up SOPs and work safely

- Manage a portfolio of projects as an advisor, and you will own delivery of 1-2 large cross-org programs.
- Facilitate Technical whiteboard sessions to troubleshoot project implementation details and remove blockers for the team.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and drive program timelines, and milestones, track & report progress, and resolve impediments.
- Continuously find ways to help teams and the organization improve how they deliver outcomes.
- Manage cross-functional communication to ensure that all business and technical stakeholders' needs are aligned and demonstrate exceptional judgment in handling executive-level escalations.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Project/Program delivery with a strong technical leadership background in various Cloud Product suites in AWS/GCP etc.
- An understanding of Agile is desirable but not essential.
- Experience decomposing complex problems into simple, straightforward solutions, with full responsibility and working with senior executives and cross-functional teams to successfully navigate complexities and ensure project deliverables are achieved.
- Experience advising on technical solutioning when needed.
- Experience working with teams not co-located.
- Experience ranging from 12-18 years in Technical Program Management or a similar technical leadership role in the Tech Industry.
- Experienced in seamlessly managing complex, cross-functional portfolio/programs, and leading all aspects of assigned program delivery.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Drive roadmap planning and prioritization discussion with other functional leaders.
- Provide advice or inputs on large complex issues related to Tech, Business, and Product.
- Manage a portfolio of projects as an advisor, and you will own delivery of 1-2 large cross-org programs.
- Facilitate Technical whiteboard sessions to troubleshoot project implementation details and remove blockers for the team.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and drive program timelines, and milestones, track & report progress, and resolve impediments.
- Continuously find ways to help teams and the organization improve how they deliver outcomes.
- Manage cross-functional communication to ensure that all business and technical stakeholders' needs are aligned and demonstrate exceptional judgment in handling executive-level escalations.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Project/Program delivery with a strong technical leadership background in various Cloud Product suites in AWS/GCP etc.
- An understanding of Agile is desirable but not essential.
- Experience decomposing complex problems into simple, straightforward solutions, with full responsibility and working with senior executives and cross-functional teams to successfully navigate complexities and ensure project deliverables are achieved.
- Experience advising on technical solutioning when needed.
- Experience working with teams not co-located.
- Experience ranging from 12-18 years in Technical Program Management or a similar technical leadership role in the Tech Industry.
- Experienced in seamlessly managing complex, cross-functional portfolio/programs, and leading all aspects of assigned program delivery.
- Experience leading technical and business discussions/reviews for complex programs and projects within the portfolio, and bring business and technical judgement to decisions made across groups.
- Experienced in driving best practices across multiple disciplines to improve improve team responsiveness.
- Experience defining how to lead portfolio/programs and identify opportunities to enhance the process using a data-driven approach.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager Leader, you will help shape and drive high-impact, cross-company initiatives that solve complex and often ambiguous challenges. You'll lead large-scale product and technology programs end to end—strategically planning, executing, and aligning them with Grab's broader goals.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, building relationships and influencing organisational practices at scale. You will lead a team of Technical Program Managers, focused on accelerating impact, streamlining execution, driving prioritisation, and eliminating inefficiencies.
Beyond program delivery, you'll also contribute to Grab's broader technical strategy—making key decisions that fuel innovation and long-term growth.

Drive complex, company-wide programs with ambiguous scopes and high impact, ensuring strategic agreement and customer-centricity.
Manage roadmaps and execution across multiple teams, tracking progress, adapting plans, and mitigating risks.
Demonstrate deep technical and domain expertise, contributing to product strategy and Grab's broader technical direction.
Influence cross-team priorities, including input on resource planning and headcount budgeting.
Provide expertise on technical design and participate in strategic product discussions.
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, advising on organizational practices and resolving cross-functional tensions.
Communicate by presenting problems, solutions, and trade-offs in a clear and collaborative manner to foster understanding, influence decisions, and achieve agreement.
Lead process innovation, designing and implementing scalable ways of working across tech teams.
Automate and refine workflows to improve program delivery efficiency and throughput.
Coach TPM talent, mentor peers, shape the TPM discipline, and improve in hiring and performance standards.
What Essential Skills You Will Need
10+ years of experience managing Agile software projects, with experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs.
3+ years of experience managing a team.
A project delivery or technical leadership background which will allow you to succeed in Grab's dynamic and diversity.
Experience in handle leadership stakeholders, cross functional teams.
Enjoy autonomy and self-decision making process.
Expertise in process design leadership, driving scalable ways of working and introducing innovative practices.
Program delivery with a technical leadership background in different Cloud Product suites such as AWS/Azure/GCP, etc.

SUMMARY
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you’ll be responsible for planning and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and use of the Wiz platform. You will provide both strategic and hands-on technical guidance to customers throughout the Wiz journey, from onboarding to operationalization.
Technical expertise and strong customer-facing skills will be essential in address both the business and technical needs of our customers. Serving as the bridge between customers and the broader Wiz team, you'll streamline collaboration between Product Management, Sales, Engineering and Support for a cohesive customer experience.

What you’ll do
Provide customers with expert guidance on deployment, operational best practices, and assist in establishing a Wiz Center of Excellence. Serve as the primary Wiz liaison for technical questions or escalations, collaborating with Support, Product Management, and other relevant teams. Contribute to workshops aimed at helping customers unlock the full value of the Wiz platform.
Develop trusted advisor relationships and establish a regular cadence with customer stakeholders from practitioners to C-level, with a focus on increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and fostering satisfaction.
Help customers develop Success Plans, outlining critical goals and key performance indicators, and provide guidance in achieving these objectives. Measure customers’ achievement of these key performance indicators and report those both internally and externally.
Identify and address technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve technical escalations quickly and efficiently.
Advocate for customer needs across various departments (product management, support, etc). Offer insights regarding the availability of new features in Wiz. Program manage account escalations effectively.
Collaborate with the Wiz Sales and Renewal teams to secure contract renewals. Assist in identifying opportunities for expanding Wiz usage across the customer’s organization.
Maintain up-to-date functional and technical knowledge of the Wiz platform. Continuously monitor news related to new & emerging cloud security threats. Grow your knowledge of the Wiz ecosystem (Cloud Service Providers, Technology partners, etc)
Currently based in Singapore with unlimited working rights
What you’ll bring
3+ years of experience in technical customer facing roles, for example: Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Customer Success Engineer.
Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with CSP level certifications (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect, Certified DevOps Engineer) preferred.
Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and the security considerations associated with them.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution.
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients, driving customer success, and exceeding performance targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
