**Job Summary**
Provide technical expertise to support manufacturing in leading machine enhancement, managing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of machines, project execution, accountability on production waste and quality of all machine tools operations and the overall technician resource management in production.
**Must be able to commit day shift 7am to 7pm** . (Shift Pattern 3/4/4/3). During training period, you will be on day shift 7:00am to 4:00pm.
**Main Responsibilities**
+ Maintain machines to meet production output, and other metrics like quality, waste etc.
+ Perform Preventive Maintenance (Cleaning, Service, Replace)
+ Perform troubleshooting of machine and tools, equipment failures to meet production targets, safety and quality standards and/or specifications

Job Purpose
Provide technical expertise to support manufacturing in leading machine enhancement, managing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of machines, project execution, accountability on production waste and quality of all machine tools operations and the overall technician resource management in production.
This is a permanent full-time position, rotational 12 hours day shift 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am, shift pattern 3/4/4/3.
Main Responsibilities
The primary role is to execute and/or lead production output, machine enhancements, manage preventive maintenance effectively. This role also facilitates meetings with various Engineers or Subject Matter Experts to determine the root course of deviations to ensure successful manufacturing activities and observing Good Manufacturing Practices and Quality Systems.
Job Requirements
+ Nitec or Diploma in Engineering field
+ 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of machines and equipments
+ Experience in Automated Machines such as Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens, Delta V would be an advantage.
+ Working hours: Rotational 12 hours day shift 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am, shift pattern 3/4/4/3.
+ Willing to work overtime if required. Flexible to change to Day or Night shift if production needs changed
