Responsibilities:

Job Description
As a Process Integration Technical Specialist in Advanced Packaging Technology Development (APTD) at Micron, you will work on industry-leading packaging process technology related to existing and new memory devices and technologies.
In this position you are expected to engage with your supervisor and the manufacturing groups in supporting the activities of APTD on the new technology implementation and process improvement activities to ensure the success of the new technology introduction and ramp. You will provide Process Integration (PI) engineering support primarily through data extraction and analysis, usually in the form of experiment (SWR) and process conversion reports and making recommendations from it. You will be responsible for executing SWR logistics, monitoring the product line and lot disposition and helping to manage projects.
