The role of an implementation engineer is to oversee the installation and deployment of RFID, RTLS, Vision AI & other IoT solutions across various customers in the APAC region. Reporting to the Service Supervisor, in this role you will be part of a National team of Field Service Engineers providing a prompt and effective service to customers within the Water, Power, Petrochemical and other associated Industries.

In this role you will identify faults, repair, test and modify actuators in the field, carry out planned and preventative maintenance, mechanical and electrical installations of actuators and associated retrofit adaption of components, pedestals and drive shafts and completing accurate and technical site visit reports for each job.

• Formal Mechanical or Electrical qualifications
• Experience post study in a practical engineering environment, preferably in a field-based role.

Requirements
• Completion of an apprenticeship as a Technician, an Electrician, a Mechanic or similar

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, R&I flowcharts, circuit diagrams, hydraulic diagrams and flow charts
• Ability to manage multiple and fast-track priorities with a proactive and positive attitude with the ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of personal accountability and self-motivation as well as working collaboratively within a team
