We are seeking a skilled Technical Innovation Expert to bridge the gap between sales, product, engineering, and customers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping prospects and customers understand our products, tailoring solutions to their business needs, leading product demos and proofs-of-concept (POCs), supporting pre-sales and post-sales phases, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct discovery workshops with potential customers to understand business pain points, workflows, system architectures, integrations, and requirements.
- Lead and deliver product demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Translate customer requirements into a clear solution design, including data flows, integrations (APIs, third-party systems), customisations, and configurations.
- Work with product/engineering teams to ensure feasibility and align expectations.
- Assist customers with onboarding, data migration, configuration, testing, training, and ensuring adoption.
- Act as point of contact for technical issues, escalations, and technical feedback from customers.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years in a technical customer-facing role (pre-sales/solution consulting/systems integration) in a SaaS or cloud-software environment.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, web/cloud infrastructure (e.g. REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience in integration projects (APIs, third-party services) and ability to handle customisation/configuration.
- Solid business acumen: able to map technical features to business benefits, understand ROI, TCO etc.
- Excellent presentation, demonstration, and communication skills (able to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders).
- Ability to multitask: manage multiple opportunities/customers in parallel.
- Familiarity with agile project methodologies.
