The Challenge
The Principal Consultant – Technical Implementation plays a key role in bridging technical delivery and strategic advisory. After the sales process, you’ll be the primary contact guiding customers through solution design, implementation, API integrations, and adoption of OneTrust’s Universal Consent & Preference Management (UCPM) and Consent Management Platform (CMP) solutions. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with business acumen to deliver impactful, scalable outcomes for our customers.
Your Mission
As The Principal Consultant – Technical Implementation, You Will
Lead solution design and oversee technical implementation for complex customer projects.
Provide best practice guidance on SaaS solution deployments, including underlying software architectures and integration patterns.
Leverage core technologies, including web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), API integrations, to deliver tailored solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, aligning technical delivery with business objectives.
Translate customer requirements into actionable specifications for internal teams.
Share knowledge, documentation, and reusable assets to support future delivery.
Advocate for customers internally, influencing product direction based on real-world feedback.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure customer outcomes are met.
You Are
A strong communicator who can simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Strategic in approach, able to see the bigger business picture while diving into technical detail.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experienced in implementing SaaS solutions end-to-end.
Your Experience Includes
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
8+ years in technical consulting, solution engineering, or professional services, with experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions.
Hands-on experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and API integrations.
Proven ability to work directly with customers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Track record of collaborating cross-functionally to deliver business value.
Extra Awesome
Experience with Martech platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot), tag management system (e.g. Google Tag Manager) and CRM systems or similar solutions.
Exposure to Java or FreeMarker templating, website cookies and mobile SDKs.
Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Architect.

YOUR ROLE:
The Security Implementation Engineer will work on implementing, analyse and assess the security strategy of technology platform and at enterprise level.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement security controls in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), including services like AWS Inspector, GuardDuty, Security Hub, VPC, Security groups, WAF, AWS Config, Trusted Advisor.
Manage the security aspects of DevOps/DevSecOps including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployment.
Conduct vulnerability scanning (containers and infrastructure), threat modeling, and penetration testing.
Implement application security practices including secure code repositories, SAST, DAST, SCA tools, OWASP Top 10, and SANS 25 guidelines.
Manage identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and encryption mechanisms.
Operate and manage incident response processes, change management, business continuity planning (BCP).
Manage endpoint and on-premises security solutions.
Remaining up to date with the latest security systems, tools, trends, and technology.
WHO YOU ARE:
5+ years of practical hands-on experience in security engineering, cloud security implementation, and DevSecOps.
Proven experience in designing and deploying technical security solutions and controls in startup or dynamic environments.
In-depth technical understanding of cloud services (compute, containers, storage, network, monitoring).
Expertise with cloud security solutions and operational management (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Proficiency in vulnerability management tools, container registry scanning, and infrastructure scanning technologies.
Skilled in threat modeling and penetration testing (application and infrastructure).
Deep understanding of data governance practices, data lifecycle management, and data loss prevention (DLP).
Familiarity with scaling and capacity management techniques (auto-scaling).
Certifications recommended: CCSK, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty
You are passionate about technology and continuous learning comes naturally to you.
You have excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication and cross-group collaboration skills.
You are an independent thinker with a strong work ethic but also willing and able to conform to established architectural constraints.

Job Description:
- Act as a subject matter expert in both technical support and product management within the Regional Sales Office (RSO) and National Sales Office (NSO).
- Responsible for resolving technical issues and proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Conduct comprehensive technical training sessions for internal staff and external customers to enhance product knowledge and competencies specific to the assigned product range.
- Work closely with Product Management to define and provide feedback to support development of appropriate product range in the region.
- Collaborate with NSO Product Managers to support the planning and reviewing of customer-specific solutions in tendering processes for large-scale projects.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in a technical or engineering-related discipline.
- Proven experience in a technical role, including the ability to produce clear and professional technical documentation.
- Experience in the Video Systems industry preferred.
- Good understanding of the market landscape, including competitor products and industry trends.
- Proficient in English, with good communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Customer-focused mindset with a service-oriented approach.

Job Responsibilities:
- Front line support via telephone and emails
- Ensure all issues are attended to efficiently
- Manage customers requests and enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Liaise with vendor on all hosting matters
- Basic troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having with their web hosting plans and services.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Purchase/Renew of domains
- Able to perform administrative duties
- Installation and maintenance of both computer hardware and software applications
- Maintenance of internal network infrastructure (Site Office) and troubleshooting including WAN, LAN and WIFI issues
- Maintaining our servers
Required Skills
What you will do in this role:

- Relevant experience in supporting IT related duties
- Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
- Knowledge of FTP, DNS and cPanel preferred.
- Knowledge of Linux, Window, Microsoft Office, Git, AWS, Google Cloud
- Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management.
- Experience with documenting procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic web hosting and technical procedures as needed.
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
- NITEC/ Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
