  • Brief knowledge in heavy vehicle engine components, hydraulics systems (pumps, cylinders, valves, and calibration scopes).
  • Proficiency in using inventory management systems (SAP, ERP) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid Class 3 driving license and forklift license is required.
  • Ability to perform overtime and standby for PH/Weekends.

Job Description

Job Title: Process Assistant Engineer (Semicon) - Up3.5k/4Days/Central -">
The Role:
  • Work with a Government-Affiliated Science Agency in the One-North area.
  • Operate semiconductor equipment for processes, measurement, and inspection of wafers, including setup, loading, and unloading.
  • Perform basic equipment/process errors maintenance and recovery actions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties for tool time, process sequences, and data collection to provide feedback.
  • Transport wafer lots between equipment within cleanrooms and worksites upon request.
  • Identify potential areas for improvement in cycle time, utilization, and cost.
  • Carry out chemical changes/top-ups under supervision.
  • Follow Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures and requirements.

Requirements:
  • Nitec/Higher Nitec in Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
  • Strong adherence to EHS procedures.
  • Proficiency in operating semiconductor equipment and basic troubleshooting.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or wafer processing is beneficial.
  • Able to transport wafers in cleanrooms and coordinate logistics.
  • Independent, responsible, and capable of working in a team environment.
