We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, reviewing and analyzing technical drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines.

• Prepare, review and analyze technical drawings to resolve design issues, BIM models, shop drawings & detail drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines and adhere to all relevant statutory acts, regulations and practices.
• Liaise with Project Managers and Engineers for technical drawing approval and coordinate the submission schedule.
• Manage and maintain project documentation files, update drawings as needed and make corrections as directed by the project manager or Head of Department, ensuring final designs comply with project specifications/contract requirements.
• Perform and control all aspects of project documentation on multiple simultaneous projects, utilizing various control methods/systems.
• Ensure correct and timely entries in the electronic system for both documentation and training systems.

• Degree in Architecture / Building / Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Good knowledge in Architecture, Structural Steel works, M&E Services or equivalent.
• Proficient in BIM / Revit / AutoCAD and other 3D modeling design software (min 3 year experience).
• Able to work in Jurong Island.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work beyond normal working hours (Mon to Sat).

• Prepare and maintain Technical Files for CE marking, ISO standards, or product certification processes including design documents, risk assessments, test reports, and user manuals.
• Draft and update the Declaration of Conformity (DoC) and related compliance statements.
• Liaise with product design, engineering, and quality teams to collect required technical data.
• Coordinate with external testing laboratories and notified bodies during product certification.
• Track changes in EU directives, harmonized standards, and regulatory requirements .
• Ensure proper version control and archiving of compliance documents.
• Support internal and external audits related to CE marking and product compliance.
• Assist in training staff on document management procedures and ISO requirements.
• Maintain a clear and accessible document filing system (physical and electronic).

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or related discipline .
• Experience with CE marking, ISO standards, or product certification processes is an advantage.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with EU directives , EMC Directive, Machinery Directive , or similar (depending on product type).
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with engineers, QA, and external certifying bodies.

The Technical Writer creates and maintains clear, accurate, and user-friendly machine documentation for Customers operation and maintenance. This role works closely with engineers and subject matter experts to gather information and convert it into structured documents that support product use, maintenance, compliance and spare parts ordering.

• Create descriptive and procedural content for highly configured semiconductor machines.
