The APAC Technical Coordinator supports the Group CAD Engineering Manager by collaborating with CAD, Sales, Estimation, and Operations Teams across the region. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate creation of CAD drawing packages, providing guidance to the CAD team, managing drawing and design coordination requests, and supporting regional service deliverables to both internal and external customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales Support:
- Provide technical support & coordination with sales, design, and estimation teams.
Post-Sales Support:
- Attend internal project handover meetings.
- Conduct technical reviews of sales orders and associated project paperwork.
- Collaborate with Project Coordinators to ensure sales orders reflect final system design.
- Clarify technical scope, acceptance criteria, and identify project priorities, requirements, and deliverables.
- Design detailed systems, including the provision of outline scope of works, device and wiring schedules, and programming sheets for small to medium-sized projects.
- Collaborate with the CAD team to ensure project objectives are met.
- Proactively identify technical risks that may affect timing, specifications, budgets, and project outcomes.
- Assist in the collation of as-built drawings and O&M documentation.
- Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle, including internal handover to the Service team.

- Strong understanding of engineering principles, design standards, and implementation practices (preferably in the field of integrated security systems).
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of electronic integrated security solutions.
